This is the worst place I have visited in years, I arrived at 5 pm I confirmed my appointment that was for 11 pm there was a lady at the computer who did not answer my questions, conclusion I returned at 1 in the morning and my confirmation had disappeared ? ??♂️?, I reconfirmed the appointment again and they gave me the door at 4:00 am, I finally left the place at 6:00 in the morning, one star I think is too much for this place!!@%^&* ?

Been waiting for 8 hours 39 minutes for a door! Went in to check the progress. I was told i still have four trucks in front of me! They told me i may be loaded by midnight! What? I will have a full 10 hour reset waiting. Waisting fuel to keep the required 34°. If you can avoid it please dont waist your time! God bless!!

Appointment was at 22:00 last night, it is currently 11:15 the next day and I am finally being unloaded. I had to go tell them I was almost out of fuel before they started. 7 other trucks came and went as I sat here.

Showed up an hour before my appointment to pick up. Spent 8 hours waiting for a dock door. Waited an additional hour for them to start loading.

Very Nice people the LADY @ Receiving Office was very pleasant. I arrived 12 hours early and she put me in a Door and had me unloaded and done within 2 hours and even let me park on property overnight

You must turn right on 35th and turn right on St.. in the first warehouse on your left side is the check-in.. very friendly... unloading 1 day before the appointment... very fast and kind

I had a refrigerated load. Address to go to is 1107. Como St. Entrance is on the LEFT, just past the docks (also on the left). There is a sign, but you probably won’t be able to see it because they planted a bush right in front of it! And it’s small! Park along curb and go to the office. Girls were friendly. Docks are wide apart with plenty of maneuvering room.

As a truck driver, very confusing, directional signs could be bigger and the truck route sign could be less obscured by trees

Prime Driver, take exit 25 and turn right at light. Turn right onto Como street to deliver. Arrived at 1800 the day before my 0500 appointment. I was unloaded with paperwork by 2100 and they allowed me to stay on the property out of the way! Awesome staff
