*READ THIS BEFORE BUYING HERE*Pros•They answer the phone•Employees Chance and Nowi (if I'm spelling it right)•99% of the mechanics that do the work•Repairs seem to be holding up greatlyCons•My gun got stolen from my car during service by one of their techs and they refuse to replace it•I bought a car in Auguest of 2022 and 3 months later the ENTIRE engine had to be replaced (twice; yes.... TWICE)•No loaner vehicles were available•They were behind on repairsOther thoughts•There's better dealers in town•Clean your vehicle out before any services are performed to protect your property from theft•If you buy a NEW car here, make sure you know the Lemon Law for Texas•Always have warranty because they will sell you a bad vehicle

Used code reader prior to bringing into Brian Toliver Ford service. Asked them to replace the PCM module. Their tech put a reader on it and said it was a 4 wheel drive issue, which we had never had an issue with. We agreed to have him fix it because he’s the trained expert. After $1400 we still had issues.Brought it back 3 times. Finally demanded they order the PCM. Truck sat on the lot 3 weeks waiting for PCM on back order.Spent $2k renting a vehicle to use during that time. Called more than once to get status.Finally gave up, picked up truck. Will never return, or buy vehicle from there.

My husband was pulling our camper on a hunting trip, hours from home, when his truck began acting up. The service department here was the only ford dealership willing to even take a look at it! They were able to fix it and get him quickly back on the road! Big thank you to the service department at Brian Toliver Ford!

The staff members were friendly and knowledgeable, providing clear and detailed information about the services that was needed. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and valued as a customer.My vehicle was ready on time, and the pricing was transparent with no hidden fees.Overall, I would recommend Brian Toliver for their professional service and customer care. I’m pleased with the experience and will return for future vehicle needs even though I did not purchase the vehicle at their location

Sent car back to me twice without it being fixed. Spent $4500 never fixed it. Then quoted me $5700 additional to fix it and wouldn’t stand by anything they had done prior. Unacceptable customer service.

The service I received from Brian Toliver Ford went beyond good they took exceptionally good care of me. 1000 miles away from home and was back on the road. I'm a mechanic and I would've had a tough time finding the problem. (broken wire in wiring harness, 5 volt, low voltage is hard to find) Noe (service rep) and Joe (driver) and both technicians that found and fixed problem went far beyond anything I expected. If I didn't live 1000 miles away I would buy my next Ford there.Thank you, and God bless all of you!
