I would not recommend using their services. I was lied to by them. Was told waiting for parts to fix my car and found that was not true. Charged $220 to tow 26 miles.

I called multiple companies and they all tried to charge me around 350 bucks. Moras garage was only going to charge 160! The mud was too soft and too deep, the tow truck got stuck too but they didn't give up! Although we couldn't get my car out, I didn't even realize I wasn't on a road and in the middle of nowhere... but the driver was so kind. He offered to take me into town and drop me off where ever I wanted. And he didn't charge me at all. I wish I had cash to give him! I really appreciate yall. It was 45 degrees and raining, my car was almost out of gas so I couldn't run the heater. Yall saved me! One of the best towing companies I have ever dealt with

I was on a trip, I hit a parking wheel block and my car front bumper came off...I had to zip tie the bumper to reach to an auto repair shop. I found Mora's garage on my way, the gentleman was super helpful and he fixed my bumper cover. Thank you.Service: Body & Trim

I don’t recommend this place they charge you for new parts and they put used parts from the junk cars they have on hwy 19 and not only that they tell you they are going to charge you one amount and when you go pick up your vehicle its more than what they told you the first time

On Friday, July 10, my father-in-law was found in his home (in TN) seriously ill. As a family, we jumped in the truck and headed East. Just before Sulfur Springs our truck DIED! As this was after normal business hours, we had to have the vehicle towed off the highway and to a place of business (auto repair). With no knowledge of the area and without a reference, we had it towed to a repair shop that, as we subsequently learned, could not repair. We secured a hotel room for the night. The next morning, after calling the auto repair shop, we learned they could not repair. We started calling any shop (2) that were open. We were hoping that it would be a half day fix! I first contacted the local dealership, but they were closed due to a Covid positive in their service center. I contacted Mora's @ 9:00ish and spoke with David. I explained our situation: stranded in Sulfur Springs, no vehicle and no way to rent a vehicle (since there are no rental car agencies open on weekend) and a potentially dying father-in-law in TN. He was nice enough....he stated he would come by and get key and tow the truck from 1st repair shop to his. He picked up the keys to the vehicle from my husband around 9:45am. At no time did we understand that their would be a tow fee, diagnostics fee and compression test fee. We could have had the truck towed to their shop free, had we known of the towing fee. In fact, no one from their shop called for authorization to perform that testing. We were however, made aware that they would be closing at 11:30am. At 11:25am, I called their shop to see if they had even looked at the vehicle (as our late check out at the hotel was 12:00pm). David stated that they had run a compression test and diagnostics....all within an hour & change. Stated that indications were that the engine was blown. He said it would be either $1700, 2200, or 2400 at worst for new engine. But they couldn't do anything til Monday. I then asked, if we decided to have the truck picked up and towed back to Ft. Worth, if there were any charges. David then hit me with $220.00. But he said...if we decided to use them, that fee would be deducted from the total price of the work. NOW...I don't know about you, but my mechanic I have worked with on my other vehicles always is UPFRONT with charges. I would have expected DAVID to advise of towing charge (we could have negated that $75 for a 5 minute tow) and the cost of diagnostics...not to mention that he should have called us back....knowing the predicament we were in. So....it ended up costing us two nights of hotel ($250).....$220 to get the car released and an additional $500 to be towed to Ft. Worth, not to mention the first $110 just to get it off the highway....And get this.....we get back to Ft. Worth, take it to our mechanic who diagnosis problem immediately and advises us that this is a $5500 job! In fact, we discovered that running a compression test on an engine that doesn't turnover is useless and can produce additional damage. Mora's diagnosed my truck without taking one (1) bolt out of my truck. So how the heck could the work have been completed for $2400 by Mora's??????? I can tell you....it wouldn't have been. If we had of left the vehicle there (3 hrs away from our home) for repair, I bet you we would have been called with a jacked up price and no recourse once our car was in a zillion pieces on their garage floor. I could chalk it up to small town USA, but that would be an insult to Sulfur Springs! They took advantage of our situation. Had no empathy. And when asked to work with us on the cost of these so called "diagnostics", said NO! You make your mind up if this business is trustworthy and worth the RISKS!
