“I've been with BT Medical- respiratory services for a few years now. I have always, always had great service and have been treated with respect and kindness, No matter the person I've spoken with.
They go above and beyond what customer service is. They are an example of what all customer service should be!
Their equipment is top notch and well maintained. Anytime I've had an issue (very few) it's been resolved within a timely manner (a few days). Today they were coming out to exchange my portable oxygen machine. It had developed an unstable power jack. Megan, who set my appointment up, also was willing to help with the instructions I asked. I asked him to call before they got here. That way I didn't have to spend the day waiting on technician to show up. My time is valuable. She wrote my wishes on the service ticket and the follow-through was perfect! If I knew the technician's name I'd mention his name too. He was awesome!
Earlier this year, sadly their computer systems got hacked. I'm sure it caused a lot of damage. They jumped through all kinds of hoops to keep my service running and to keep me as a client. I really appreciated that. They do have emergency coverage 24 hours a day 7 days a week. So, if I get in a jam the phone always works. Give them a call. They will sure do the best they can to help. I just cannot speak any more highly of the staff and the business. Thank you for taking such great care of me! BT Rocks!”
