Dear David from Lowe’s,
You have no idea how much you truly helped me today on my irrigation project. I stayed up until midnight ? trying figure out some solutions on my multiple irrigation projects.
As a customer service rep at Lowe’s you came, you informed, you served me not only with some knowledge but with solutions. You literally brought me peace of mind knowing my projects were going to be fulfilled to a T!
P.S. I was so thrilled I wanted to give you a big hug ? and a kiss ? on the cheek!!

We tried to buy a utility trailer but the cashier said they couldn't sell it because they didn't have the code. New management did not have code for trailer titles. So y'all lost that sale and we won't be back.
Update: 7-3-24 2 months later. We call to see if they could sell utility trailers yet. They said yes, so we drove 25 /50 rt miles to buy the trailer we wanted. My husband was told they could not sell them. DMV has them locked out. Not acceptable .

Was sent to electrical by phone 4 times, then the phone lady told me they are at lunch. I asked her if there was one person in electrical and she told me yes. This was my lunch time also and the only time i had to call. They are the only people that handle the type of ceing fan we use. Disgrace

Bought lumber for a job. Every piece was off. We got 200 1 x 3" boards, all were 2 1/2. Called and smoke to Manager Maria and she said" All boards are off like that..even 2 x 4's, I said I've been doing this my entire life. She was wrong. If you are selling 1 x 2¹/²" then mark them as such. It threw our entire job off. Then she got snotty and said just bring them back then. REALLY I will never shop at Lowe's again. The people are rude, never anyone around to help get a darn thing. And these girls should be trained to know what they are talking about you should not hire employees to work in a Lowe's a home Depot a Menards or anything to do with construction if they don't have a clue what they are talking about am I right or am I right right.

Have been here 5x, and no working motorized scooters for the disabled to use, same ones are broken or not charged. The ones that say charged, die within 10 minutes.
The associates are nice but one. The employee Marie. She needs more patience working in retail.
