Ashley and Ray were amazing! I’m an oversized driver and getting parking when you’re 11’6” wide and 90’ long can be a challenge. Called the store and they worked me into a spot that’s safe and easy to get in and out of. Great people make the places is this country great! Store #738 11/10/24

This love's is amazing, food is always good, hot, and fresh. Plenty of parking and clean restrooms and showers. Truly a great truck stop in the chain of Love's, also very trucker friendly. Jessica k. is willing to help find anything u might need and willing to find out if she don't know. Her staff is great they're nice respectful and always being helpful. The Carl's Jr. is always open and willing to serve you hot and fresh food. Highly recommend this Love's if in the area.

Worst Love’s Shop, waiting 15 hours to change an air bag on a trailer. And the staff special the mechanic is the most rudest person I ever dealt with in a long time, the guy that worked on the trailer treated me like I was a piece of crap because I needed to take a picture of the airbag for company policy reason.

A month ago my 37 yr old baby girl was found deceased in the parking lot of this location. Not 1 person checked on her as she laid in her car and went into a Diabetic Coma. She made a purchase at Carl's JR on 8/3/2024 @ 1:28 pm and the SSPD was not contacted until after 10:30 pm on 8/4/2024. The management never walk the lot or pick up trash or they would have seen her in despair. When employees where questioned they stated, 'we didn't know if she was homeless or a junkie', but did not actually check on her!!

Rude people work there ..Stephanie was rude and I'm guessing the manager are too .. it's nasty in the store and outside too . Just keep going don't stop there .

Stopped in for a shower I had 4 ahead of me. Decided to walk around the store a bit while I waited. The young lady cashier I didn’t catch her name was really upbeat. She also was on cleaning the showers moving people along quickly. Waited maybe 10 minutes and my shower was ready and was clean. Decided to go to Carl’s Jr. usually I never have any luck with their food. The cashier Tee Holmes greeted us with a smile and was very helpful. It must of been the end of his shift and geared us on his way out. That feeling you get when you feel you matter. I like to thank that young man. This was the best burger I ever got at a Carl’s Jr. others places need to come see how they do it. Anyhow parking lot was clean and fuel islands. Btw on the other review about men’s bathroom it’s open. I will definitely come back to this loves. Thank you

This is the worse loves I ever been to, the employees wait for the waiting list on the shower to pile up an till they start cleaning, they haven't been trained properly, the manager is confrontational and started an argument and of course the coffee station is dirty and out of creamer but we already used to that.

We come to love's for the dog park and unfortunately there was trash at the entrance of this one. I think they tried to make a bridge for the mud, but also there was an open cigarette disposal thing there. I did not feel comfortable taking my dog in there. The bathrooms smelled strongly of urine.

Tire shop won't put my tire back on the bead without charging hundreds of dollars to "find out why it went flat". If it's company policy this is the first time in 10 years of driving I've ever been told this at a loves. Guess it's TA an southern tire mart from now on. Avoid this place.

No hot food, carls Jr sucks, stood at counter for ten minutes at carls, no service. Went to loves counter to prepay for gas and cashier left to go open a locked case so kid in front of us could buy something out of it, she could have called a manager or someone else to open the case, went to pilot.

Decent showers and clean restrooms. Company issued fuel stop. Fuel islands are always well kept.And coffee is good.
