I LOVE Earl! and the whole team at HCA! Earl works the front and receives new orders. He is friendly and engaging every time I walk in the door or send an email. Plus, he is professional and efficient-- I especially love that he takes the time to find out what I need and is a pro-active problem solver. Earl makes my job easier- which is a win-win for our mutual customers.

I have been a loan officer for 18 years and have never had a title company say they could not close a client on the date of the contract and then try to schedule it a week after the contract date. Docs have been at title 3 days before the original close date. When asked if we could close via notary since buyer already sold their home they did not respond other than to say they were booked. If I could give negative stars I would. The listing agent said they did the same thing to him last week. The lack of response to the buyers agent (never returned any calls or emails), curt response and lack of response to me (lender) and apparent habitual inability to close a contract that they accepted is insane and unbelievable if I wasn't living in this odd alternate reality. I hope the listing agent learns to go with a more reputable company as there is no excuse for this. All paperwork is in, file has a clear to close and title can't make time to close them and refuses to respond from Tuesday to this morning -f Friday the contract date!? Hoping to find a different title company to swoop in and be a true hero.

This title company has gone above and beyond to meet expectations for our account.. not sure why Stefanie Petty gave them a 1 star!!! You see I am the other party involved in the transaction on this account. All of the staff at this company is very professional and courteous and we could not be more pleased!! Some people acted like spoiled brats so don’t let that 1 star discourage ya!!! ❤️❤️
