They are great people. I saw all reviews. That’s interesting! I arrived here little early and they still do lumper charges. All drivers are responsible to read all papers on windows. If you are late, lumper will be higher than on time or early.

You check with the guard and go to the parking lot, you go to the office door 22You pay lumpe, they give you the comchek for $5They give you the door when you finish, they call you to park in the parking lot and you go to the office to get papers.

You can start showing up at the gate after 5:30 AM. And delivery unloading goes fast. Within an hour and you have to pay a lumper fee. And you might even unload the trailer yourself.I was able to park at the gas station across the street but I was the only truck and they sent away all the other trucks and I had to ask permission.

Been here for 5 hours and still waiting for them to finish checking in my load. The lady was nice at first then after 3 hours I went inside to ask about the load, she said I’ll call you when I’m done with it and closed the window. Lumper fee was $640 and very pushy about getting it first before they start unloading.

Dealing with the Receiver was the most unpleasant experience ever at a supply company, very rude.

Great experience. Arrived 30 minutes early. Straight to office and straight to the dock. Unloaded in 1 hour with truck load, lumper and all paid for. Friendly people and great service.

Very professional came in a day early and they took me …Apt 6/21 4am , came in 6/20 at 7am and was unloaded by 10am , maybe it was my day but you never know…..just

Terrible people in the receiving office, more specifically the short dark haired woman. Almost broke my truck window banging on it angrily because she had to walk out to me after she misread my phone number and had been calling the wrong number. Then proceeded to threaten to call police and have me ejected from the property without signing the paperwork because the load broker was not working fast enough for her liking with the lumper check, FYI drivers have zero control over brokers and office staff. this woman was very stand-offish, Rude, impatient, and bordering on Robbery with demanding the lumper check which I had already submitted to the broker and was waiting for a response.

4 stars because lumper rate is extremely high!!! $240 for 8 pallets (no breakdown) 4am appt in at 3:45, 1/3 of a trailer, out within 1.5 hours nice employees,,,good experience

What other shippers do in one hour this receiver it’s doing it in 4 hours and in top of this you need to pay lumperLol! This place it’s a jokeI will not return for sure!!!!I had an appointment too!!!

I was expecting a really bad warehouse bcuz of reviews but I had a really great experience here. Appt @ 7.30am Arrived at 7.15am got on door 7.30am was done at 8.00am. Yes they do charge lumper. The workers were very respectful. Even has a clean restroom and lots of space to back in. If you come early there are truck stops nearby or ramp parking.
