“Be careful using bank or credit cards, as there is $140 hold when you enter the card at the pump! It may be corrected in a few minutes after the sale, or a couple of business days. So pay at the window. The exact amount will be charged. The lady working evenings is friendly, and the pumps are available 24/7. There just is no attendant after 8, I believe. Their prices on gas are usually as cheap as anywhere in Sulphur Springs.”
“Brookshire’s is a place where customer service is a big part of its history. And it is still alive and well in Sulphur Springs, Texas. When I need a cut of beef, this is where I go. I bought a standing rib roast for Christmas and I was not disappointed. It tasted like beef is supposed to taste. I buy my beef products here. They have great selections of everything. And the customer service cannot be beat. If you haven’t shopped at Brookshires…. you need to try this store. It’s a great place to shop at.”

“I'm writing this at 1:30pm on a Sunday at the EZ Mart on Main Street.A man came in, kind of stumbling, seemed homeless or special needs. He began messing with the drink machine, letting ice spill to the floor.The woman working was AMAZING! She calmly reminded him that doing that without a cup could make a mess then asked him if he was thirsty and made him a drink. Then she offered to help him tie his shoes!This woman was so sweet and attentive without ignoring other customer needs.This is customer service at its finest! I'm so thankful God allowed me to witness this love today!”
