This is about 3 key criteria when tractor shopping: the product, the dealer, and the salesperson.Colton Frazier was the first person I met at Farm Country. I had been looking for a tractor for over a year and he was the first person I met who I felt like knew more than I did. That's not a comment on my wisdom; rather it's a compliment to Colton as a helpful person who knows his product. Thank you, Colton!I think Farm Country as a dealership is unparalleled in North Texas. I noted on their website that Kubota rates them as BOTH an Elite Dealer AND Elite Service Certified. You can say that doesn't matter, but if you look around a bit, you'll note that no other Kubota dealer in the area, and there are several alternatives, has both of those designations, so that at least leads me to believe that Kubota carries some differentiating level of belief in Farm Country. After speaking with Colton and learning of their commitment to training their service team and their affiliation with 3 other dealers, I was convinced that this is a dealer I can trust. Time will tell, but I believe they will advocate on my behalf if the need should ever arise and ya gotta believe in your dealer.Product-wise, I purchased a Kubota M6060 and I absolutely love it. I've put over 40 hours on it brush hogging and I still appreciate one of the key reasons I went with Kubota ... its turning radius. I took a quick test drive on a competitive product before making my final decision and the difference was like night and day. I also like that Kubota makes it all - soup to nuts. That's rare in this class of tractors. Finally, I believe Kubota has a great reputation and does enough business that I have no concern about them going out of business or changing to some other brand someday.I feel great about my purchase and I'd encourage you to check-out Farm Country if you're in the market for anything Kubota. I think you can probably tell that I spent quite some time researching, considering, talking, and thinking; hope this is helpful to your efforts!

We have had several instances of horrible, horrible, horrible, service from Farm Country. Almost every time we take a vehicle or tractor in, it must be immediately returned because the problem was not fixed. I say "almost" every time in an effort to be generous. I really can't remember a time that our tractor or kubota RTV didn't come back with an issue that was not repaired. This is the first time I have ever written a review for any business but I have no recourse to do otherwise at this time. In this latest instance, we brought in our tractor and RTV for service. The tractor needed servicing and we asked that the AC be fixed. The kubota sat on the lot for 2 weeks before the tractor was inspected for service. At that time, Farm Country said we needed to buy a new roof in order to repair the AC because the roof was cracked. We spent around $3000 for this and waited another two weeks for the roof part to come in but when the tractor was returned, the AC unit was still not working. In addition, when the tractor came back the greaser zerk on the loader was broken (and it was not before it went in). I assume it was broken in the process of greasing the tractor in service. We did not raise this issue with the dealership nor did we raise the fact that our serviced RTV still had a broken battery cable that had not been replaced. We did discuss the broken AC with Farm Country in person and Farm Country basically said it would put the tractor back in the 3-4 week line and look at it in turn. The employee with whom my husband was speaking in the service department first asked my husband if we had added freon (which I think would have been/should have been done when we brought it in for service with a broken AC) and then blamed us as owners for not blowing out the tractor sufficiently. They also told us we could have bought a smaller tractor for what we spent fixing it. We need what we have, so no kidding, we would love to have not spent so much money on not getting our AC fixed as requested. In addition, the employee with whom my husband worked complained that they just didn't have enough employees and said none of the 100,000 persons coming across the border have come to him. Seriously, I'm not sure what he meant by this comment but it wasn't helpful or good nor do we care if he doesn't have enough employees. We will never purchase a vehicle from them again and we most certainly cannot recommend their service to anyone. Use them at your wallet and equipment's peril.

The staff here is incompetent, from sales to service. We purchased a new $100k tractor and the salesman knew nothing about any of the equipment. Said he would order certain things for our tractor. He did not. We were in a bind so we accepted the tractor. We brought it in for 500 hour maintenance, which we were told was covered under warranty. They refused to accept the claim and charged us $1100. Our radiators, cab filters, and engine air filters were not clean. They refuse to accept blame. We had to go another route and get all new filters and pay out of pocket. Plus the fact that they treat my wife, who runs out Ranch and equipment, terribly every time she calls or visits. Do not buy from them.

Would not service because the tractor wasn't purchased there. More than happy to sell inflated price parts but would not provide service diagram. Totally worthless rude staff.

Beware of tractor packages online. Although it clearly states what is included there are excuses to not include everything. Regardless of 'cash price vs financing' the package should include everything shown/listed. (One excuse) The customer should not be cheated out of items listed because the dealer did not have the trailer in stock when the package was purchased. (Another excuse) After a 5 week wait for the trailer suddenly the stated chains, boomers and straps aren't included. I have the screen shot of the package deal which we inquired to purchase. I believe they saw us as a one time customer and simply didn't care if it was right or not. The packages advertised are unfair and deceptive as posted online. The salesman, Hunter, responded to questions regarding not providing all listed items by shrugging his shoulders. Last excuse was non verbal.

Drove thirty miles farther than our "regular" tractor shop because we had exhausted anything close to us only to be left without the right part, and left with a unknowledgeable parts department employee of vintage Kubota? And when we decided to look around the back where some parts were. We were treated rudely and again someone needing people skills. Very tacky and rude. Will never go back. Bet that and letting people know they are not in helping possible life long customers but only profit profit profit.

Great customer service! Typical tractor supply type store, but that's not a bad thing. You know exactly what you're getting. Sadly, the sausage making section was nearly picked clean. Great selection of products otherwise.
