I switched to cricket today went to the sulphur springs store. Thank God my sister came with me! They lost my number when trying to switch over and had no idea how to get it back! They weren’t even going to try they said it had happened many times before and there was nothing they could do! Well my sis and her business mind was like telling them the avenues to take took over an hour but got the number back. They have a lack of training and it shows. The company should offer more training because they were nice enough however had no idea what to do and lacked customer service skills again a lack of training.

I was charged for 2seperate lines when I cleary told them two lines so I had to pay extra all bc of there mistake and poorly trained staff.

The young lady was awesome. Helped me get my husband’s cell phone turned off. He recently passed away and I needed everything switched over to me. Very kind, helpful and compassionate.

Extremely rude manager. They did a very poor job installing the WRONG screen protector, and refused to make it right. Total rip off. Avoid this store. They will make a mistake that cost you money- but they lack the integrity to make it right.

Store manager and general manager are very unprofessional and rude. I like cricket but I would highly recommend to go to a different location, because they do not backup their policy & contract. And I would have not given 1 star if I didn’t have to.
