Absolutely trash avoid at all costs, seriously only stop in if you absolutely have to.. price gouging, disrespect, a broken tire pressure monitor, and the lowest quality service I think I've ever seen. I should have known better.. Seriously do yourself a favor.

Normally I don't post negatively about places but this place i have to warn everyone! Especially (WOMEN) DO NOT go to CASTILLO'S TIRE SHOP on 426 Main st in Sulphur Springs TX 75482. I bought 4 new tires(Atrezz Salium) like 2 months ago they all still have very good tread on all of them. I ran over a nail and had a flat so I stopped by the closest tire shop to me which happened to be Castillo. I asked for a patch repair to fix it. They replaced my tire with a worn out almost flat used tire (Goodyear). They pretended to not speak English, when I told them I wanted my tire back that wasn't my tire. They refused to give me back my tire stating it wasn't mine it was their's and to get off their property. So I had to call the cops bc I would not leave without my original brand new tire. Low and behold he speaks good English when the cops get there! So warning to everyone Especially if you are a woman! Do not go to Castillo's in Sulphur Springs bc they will rip you off and steal from you!

I have always used Castillo's for their used tires and I have never been disappointed. The staff is friendly and they offer pretty great prices. Definitely a fantastic place if you need an emergency tire

I had a 3 hour trip I was making from Dallas Texas when my tire sensor was reading low, thankfully I was just pulling into sulpher springs when my sensor was going off, I pulled into a gas station (loves maybe) and asked a worker who happened to be outside and suggested I go down to castillos, not being from the area I followed the directions and stopped again and asked an oil shop near by, and they too told me to keep going until I seen castillos, I pulled in and the fella jacked it up and sure enough my tire was hissing and had a nail or screw, he got it patched up safely and had me on my way within 20 minutes. They sure did save me time and money. I wish they had a sign out by the highway, most of the things that googled popped up was for 18 wheeler tire shops. Anyways, Castillos thank you again!!! Si Que me sacaron de un apuro, Dios los bendiga!!

I had a tire going down and pulled in to Castillo’s Tire. I showed the young man the tire going flat and in 5 minutes he had a it patched and back on the car! Outstanding service and great price! Thank you so much!

According to the cite and Google, they fixed rims. Tried calling for hours, straight to voice-mail. Get there phone was messed up, understandable, but then told they don't fix rims. Boy said he could hammer it, but it might mess it up. Web was wrong and , kid was young, and not professional at all.
