This was by far the best buying experience I've ever had. I've never had a dealer and it's staff work so hard to get me into a vehicle. I recommend Brian Toliver Ford very highly!

I've had to take my specialty hybrid car to the dealership several times and every single time something doesn't go right and I have to bring it back. They do not have their stuff together. The people are nice though, and I hope they get it together! Though I'm pretty frustrated with my horrible experience, I felt it was my duty to leave the honest review so people may be aware what might be happening to them if they choose to take their vehicle there for repairs.

While traveling through town on way to Dallas area ,realized I needed a oil change and fuel filter change. Stopped in and they were able to do the service the next morning. Was able to keep on schedule.

We had started going to sulphur springs instead of our more local Paris dealership because we thought service was better. We were made aware no appointments are taken for services on Saturdays and it was first come first serve so we arrived at the service center before opening and we ended up being the second vehicle to arrive. Somehow, the first man there wasn't tended to first and then we got pushed to fourth all because the other couple vehicle owners who pulled up behind us were "regulars." I hate to complain but we pay for the same services everyone else does. One gentleman rushed in front of us to talk to the service desk so I thought, well whatever. We'll just be the third then. What ticked me off is the man that walked in AFTER us was taken care of. Of course, everyone knew the gentleman who had arrived after us so naturally they get taken care of before anyone else. We were not pleased and disappointed in the lack of integrity. On top of that, he made sure their trucks were washed and pulled right up front while we had to walk around to the back to get our vehicle (of course not washed.) Not good service and not a good look whatsoever.

Went to buy a Ford bronco 2021 in cash. They had two on the website both you could purchase online. I pull up to the dealership. Asked about the Broncos and he said he couldn't sell both of them. I said they were online and the pieces. He said no. They're 20k over MSRP if I buy them. ATER HE TOLD ME THEYRE NOT FOR SALE. HORRIBLE BUSINESS. Lost a massive cash sale with a paid off trade in. Ridiculous. I highly advise to go somewhere else.

I am not having any luck in finding a reliable and good ford dealership service center. I made an appointment to get a simple tire rotation at 8:00 am but after 5 1/2 hours of being there they finished after two tries since they didn't do it correctly the first time. Very unprofessional service team after I pointed out that they had damaged my alloy rims. They sure as hell do not know what they are doing so I will not be bringing any cars or trucks to this dealership. Stay away from the service department. The service manager said to me that he was going to check with his mechanic to make sure they had done the damage??? I guess I will keep looking but I am losing hope

I was talking with several different dealerships, including some in DFW and Houston, while looking for a truck. Kacie Mercer was the best person we talked to by far. She listened to our needs and wants, as well as our budget. She didn't try and push us toward anything we did not want. In fact, she was able to put us in a new vehicle for less than we thought possible instead of the used one we initially inquired about through Autotrader. No pressure sales, signing and delivery took less than an hour. Plus, they gave us good value for our trade. Worth the 2 hour drive to pick up our new truck! Will be back!

--Making the car buying experience EASY-- Oscar, my sales person was exceptional. Never once attempted to get me in something I didn't want, or trying to pressure me into a sale. Once we found the vehicle I wanted, the price on the car is what I paid, no hidden fees, odd warranties, or surcharges. Thank you Oscar, and Brian Toliver team for making this easy. My family and I will be repeat customers, for many years to come.

I just purchased a '19 Ford F150 and had as professional an experience as one can have while purchasing a vehicle from Brian Toliver Ford in in Sulpher Springs. The staff went the extra mile in all areas and had me in and out in record time. All issues and concerns were dealt with and allowed as stress free transaction as one could hope for. Thanks to the staff (Justin Mattingly, sales; Daniel Thompson, finance; and Bryan Carter, General Sales Manager) for the good work. I just wish you weren't so far away. But, it was worth the drive.

I did not purchase a vehicle here but Brian Toliver Ford was great. They were going to give us a great deal on a Focus. Our sales representative, Gary, was awesome and spent a lot of time with us and answered all our questions about the car we were interested in. Their was no hassling and they offered us a great deal right from the start. When I am ready to buy another vehicle I will differently give Brian Toliver Ford Lincoln an opportunity to earn my business.

Great example of how personal service should be! I appreciate that the folks at Toliver seem to care about their customers and it shows. Additionally, I have realized that they can Service all makes and models and have prices that compete with Firestone, Wal Mart. I would much rather service my car here and get to look at all the new cars and trucks while I wait!!

We had a great experience purchasing a truck from Brian Toliver Ford. A salesman, Daniel Thompson, met us on the lot while we were looking at trucks. Since, they didn't have what we wanted he told us he would look for what we were wanting. He found one, in great condition, at a great price! Since we got it from a different store the paperwork wasn't quite as easy. Not to mention we changed credit unions in the middle of it. Not once was he frustrated, or at least never showed it. Great experience! We will be back!
