Assisted a friend in finding a Walker for at home use. A little on the pricey side as far as walkers go. But they have a great team and the customer service was great.

My father was sent home from hospital with oxygen. These people called the next day and informed us that his deductible was not met, and that it would cost 250 a month until it is met. I told them we did not want it, to come pick it up. They never said “hey, we are going to charge you for a month regardless so you should keep it for a month”. Instead they picked it up, and for a few hours of use they charged him a full months rental. When I called to talk to them about it I basically got that’s the way it is. Would absolutely never use again. Just another reminder of how the medical system in this country is broken

Have heard from previousemployees that owners and managersAre terrible to their employees.Would never recommend anyone I knowto step foot in this place as a costumer or employee. One of theowners is a misogynist and belittles his employees. I’ve heard the things he’s said towards his employees and it’s truly disgusting.

Your parents would be dead or in a rehab waiting on them. Waited since March for them to tell us the insurance wouldn't cover something. Blamed it on staffing issues not my problem could of already bought it outright

in July, a prescription for a chin strap was sent in. I called for two weeks every other day to make sure was taken care of. so 3.5 months later no strap there here in my town every Monday. my regular order goes out no strap. So I call wondering what happened says it will go out on next order. told them it has been delivered already. so then the lady I ask y I haven't gotten after over three months. she can't answer she's not in that department. the lady will call me back. when called back no apology at all we can send out in a week. I just wait almost 4 months for a strap and now u want me to give you a week. I will call u back like u called me back. just don't know I will have another company soon. and will tell others there are better companies that will take care of there customers that have been with them over 9 years and want to keep them. u should have brought me the strap personally. I shouldn't have had to wait another week.

Warning!!! Do Not Use!!!BT Med called us telling us we need to do this stuff with insurance when they haven't even filed a prior authorization with insurance and we started this process on cPap supplies since July. We actually didn't need to do anything.What the heck is wrong with here? we have done everything on our end, plus drove there 60 miles every visit to try to get things going. And still nothing. I'm paying out of pocket for everything.Do NOT use this company for anything to do with cPap or supplies. They honestly do not know how to handle it.They do not listen that insurance we had a primary insurance from a certain date to an end date. And, our secondary insurance became primary starting on this certain date. This is not rocket science or even anything past second grade math.We put our trust into BT Medical and could not be more dissatisfied.We could not imagine if someone was older and trying to deal with this company. Do Not Use Them.
