I didn't have any work done on my vehicle yet but I called and very helpful over the phone answer tons of questions didn't seem like I was bothering at all

I called this place to see if they could replace my alternator, they said they could but it'd be a week before they could get to it.

We took our 5th wheel to get it inspected. He got right to it and was very thorough (more so than the local RV dealer).
