“I had a aftermarket radiator that was damaged in a SxS crash, wasn’t sure if it was even possible to fix it. Dropped it off hoping for the best. Received a phone call the next day and unfortunately it was not repairable. But the customer service and the willingness to help was second to none. They took the time to show and explain why it couldn’t be repaired, along with why it would not be worth the cost of attempting to repair it.

“Was having difficulty getting tires for my car. Called Tire Town, and the gentleman said they would have them by 2:30 p.m. next day. When I went in, had to wait less than an hour for new tires to be installed. Prices in line with other tire shops, choice of tires for purchase, quality service.”

“I called multiple companies and they all tried to charge me around 350 bucks. Moras garage was only going to charge 160! The mud was too soft and too deep, the tow truck got stuck too but they didn't give up! Although we couldn't get my car out, I didn't even realize I wasn't on a road and in the middle of nowhere... but the driver was so kind. He offered to take me into town and drop me off where ever I wanted. And he didn't charge me at all. I wish I had cash to give him! I really appreciate yall. It was 45 degrees and raining, my car was almost out of gas so I couldn't run the heater. Yall saved me! One of the best towing companies I have ever dealt with”
“The best customer service ever came from every single one of the guys working today! 11/6/23 around 3-3:15pm I pulled in to get my spare tire put on and they welcomed me with such attentiveness and care! They seemed very happy to do what they do and i greatly appreciate it! They got my spare tire put on and the old tire was placed inside of a bag before getting placed in my car for easy access!
