This is actually Mitchell's 24 Hour Gym now. The equipment has been updated & if you're looking to really get some work done, this is the place. Less socializing & more work. The staff & trainers are extremely knowledgeable

Love that my gym + fitness classes are all rolled into one now. Such kind people. Very nice. Very accepting. Very much a home town feel. They welcome beginners (me!) and encourage you instead of running you off to help their image. I recommend the gym and classes!
