i spoke to a person named DANNY on offerup about couch that they had for 2000$ but it’s funny to me because i found the same couch on amazon for 599$ plus shipping. not bad. but as any store should do is beat the price. so i offered 450 and
i’ll come pick up. he started being very disrespectful and that was not cool of him.

Ordered furniture last year and once payment was done Rizwan would not answer phone calls or text messages. After 4 months of waiting, got furniture delivers by a 3rd party who came and dumped the 2 sofas at our front door. Could easily see that it was patched up at multiple places. He kept promising he will repair the damage. Never happened. 4 months down found out sofas got termite damage. Started calling again but he will mot answer and when he does answer its just excuses. He promised he will get the sofas picked and will give full refund. All lies. Disappeared again.
His partner Ali will answer phone once in a while but again excuses on top of excuses.
Liars and cheats. Stay away from them. If you do not believe me I have receipt of payment, I have text messages.

Rizwan is a liar and fraud— please stay away from his business. He delivered our furniture broken and promised polishing and repair but never did it. Now he never picks up our phone. He will speak to you very politely but in the end he does not even pick up your phone.

Rizwan is a big time cheater….never ever do business with him….he didn’t deliver our stuff we waited 8-9 months then not even returning our money….always lying and making excuses….highly not recommended

Very polite and helpful person, I live in California bought a carrom board Rizvan showed it during video call arranged for shipping from Houston to California but when it got here I realized it was heavy and bigger than what I was looking for and Rizvan agreed to take it back and even picked up one from other store and shipped it to me .Appreciate that Rizvan sahab.

Rizwan bhai is always extremely polite, respectful, and gracious. We are relatively new to Houston and have purchased a few items from Wooden Fair and the quality and prices are excellent.

Reasonable price and excellent customer service. There was one thing in my swing I didn’t like. They came to my house and fixed the swing & polished my other furniture too. I really appreciated it. Very nice and respectable boys.
