“Good evening. I just wanted to rave about the customer service provided by Claudia earlier yesterday, Friday, May 3rd. I came in, in a hurry because the gifts that the Doctor and I ordered for his wife were going to be delayed in delivery and not arrive today like promised. So, while we can't wait till she receives her gift set, we wanted to also get her something to give her today on her special day. She is a very particular, chic, classy yet subtle in style, petite lady and I had no idea what to get for her. I asked around a few times, described her, and was pointed in the direction of "PETITES", where I found absolutely nothing. I went ahead and looked around and was curious as to what was going on with everyone dressed up, and ended up in fragrances and skin care. That is where I met the lovely Claudia, who is not only very beautiful, but very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. She went above and beyond to help me. I looked a hot mess, I'm sure, but she still told me all about the promotion, Tom Ford's fragrances. I didn't know if that was her scent, but it smells delicious. I told her what I was actually looking for, and while I loved the fragrance, I really wanted something cute, casual, and chic for her to wear, since she is always home, or in her garden, or just running errands/shopping. Well, Claudia led me to Ralph Lauren, made conversation on the way, and even stayed a while to help me pick out a few selections. She loved all of them , by the way. I was so happy with my experience with her. To take her time and show me a whole different department was just very appreciated and I just wanted to say, Thank you so much, Claudia. You are wonderful at what you do!”

“Have not been to Hot Topic in awhile. But my visit was indifferent. The store had a few customers and two employees were at the register. The clothes were not folded (some on the floor), and figures scattered across the store in odd places.
When I went to make an inquiry about a product the employee I had came into contact with was not friendly at all to say the least. She had an attitude and was very unpleasant.
I went to the second employee for answers and they were very helpful, answered all my questions and made a sale.
When I asked them the issue of the other employee, was told that Claudia was an employee with special needs and Hot topic is open to hire anyone in need. Was informed that her legal guardians had to even brush her teeth for her since she refused (which I believed because her mouth was full of plaque, yellow stained and crooked).
I should've known from her mannerism, slurred words, lack of communication skills and drool leaking from her mouth.
I am grateful to be served by a helpful employee and I am also grateful that the Hot Topic company is open and hiring those with disabilities.”

“My compliments to Heather, who assisted me the other day in purchasing a light blue pebble leather back pack. She was attentive and friendly, but never pushy. While chatting, I told her about my new car, and how the bag seemed to match it. She took that information, and brought over a tray of accessory pins, one of which matched the emblem of my new car! She made the sale then and there. Knowing the folks here listen, and try to deliver an exceptional experience will keep me coming back. This is my second piece from this location, and I have thoroughly appreciated the shopping experience even when I don’t purchase. Both of my pieces remain in near-perfect condition. Quality hardware and materials that have both style and utility. Watched a few online videos judging quality, and Coach usually comes out as a fair price for what they deliver. I agree, and recommend this location highly.”
“We had the most enjoyable time shopping for my daughter's prom dress! The ladies are extremely helpful, sweet, professional, just enjoyable to be around. There was one thing disappointing. Customers trying on dresses and leaving them piled up in the dressing rooms. They could of at least put them on a hanger after trying them on, no consideration for the employees. The employees were like moms cleaning up after their little kids. I totally recommend this place but please be considerate and respectful just put the clothes back or hang on a hanger properly.”

“I needed a pair of pants to wear for an event. LOFT is one of my favorite clothing stores, very good quality, modest and they can have some really good sales. Found a pair of pants, love them! The young Lady who was there at the time, I can't remember her name to give her a proper shout out. Forgive me. She was very kind, customer service was on point! ?, she was in fact the manager. She was patient, made great suggestions and has a great sense of sales experience. She is very valuable to the company. I pray that they reconizes that and promote her accordingly, because of her exceptional customer service, knowledge of the products and moving the merchandise out. When we return Sugar Land, I definitely will shop there again.”
