Picking up prescriptions at this location is like going through Dante’s nine circles of hell.
1. In four months, I have NEVER NOT had an issue with prescription refills at this location.
2. You give your name and birthdate, but the rocket scientists at this location still don't know what all your prescriptions are.
3. The last straw was today. I made a refill request for six medications precisely a week ago, and not a single one was ready for pickup today.
I am hoping that it is only this Walgreen’s location that is staffed by mentally impaired individuals, I’ve just transfered everything to the Rosenberg Walgreens. Hopefully it’s not a Walgreens issue, just a location issue.
I would not recommend this location to my worst enemy. Do yourself and your sanity a favor and do not fill your prescriptions here.

Worst pharmacy I have ever had to deal with. Rarely have anything in stock and takes way more days than necessary to get my prescriptions every time I need a refill not sure if it is management or the stuff but this place is horrible

If I could give 0 stars, I would! This is a TERRIBLE Walgreens. One of the WORST customer service pharmacies I've ever dealt with. I was on the phone with them to ask about a prescription. I called at 1pm. Once they answered I was talking to one of the employees and suddenly the call was ended. I'm not saying they hung up, there is no way of knowing that. After the call ended I called again. It was 1:04 when I called next. I was never able to get in touch with them directly, they kept picking up the phone and putting me on hold again. This happened MULTIPLE times! I waited on the phone for 13 min. So I called the store instead of the pharmacy and I talked to the manager, who wrote down my number and eventually they ended up calling me back. If your insurance covers CVS, then go there you're better off.

Very lazy staff four people were playing with each other not working and spent one hour each to sale me $20 medicine . No wonder Walgreen is closing their stores because of high cost with very low performance .

I need to schedule a meeting with the store manager or pharmacist. If I don't get a resolution soon, I'm filing a complaint with the Texas Board of Pharmacy for losing my son's prescription and giving us someone else's medication.

Had to transfer my prescriptions to another pharmacy because of insurance issues. Worst experience ever. All of my Rx were suppose to be transferred to the new pharmacy. Instead, they filled two of them at this location, only faxed the order for the one they didn’t fill (which was never received ). When the transferring pharmacy reached out to let them know they had not received the fax, they were told by the pharmacist that she was busy administering vaccines and she would call them back after 8pm. I happen to be on line waiting to speak with the pharmacist when they called me to inform me what they were told, this was around 4:30p. I managed to speak to someone at the counter who spoke to the pharmacist and at first she said to have them call her back, and she would release the order over the phone. When I finally got a hold of the other pharmacy, she then changed her mind, came out to speak to me and said she has 10 more vaccines to administer and she would be contacting my new pharmacy once she was done. She went as far as asking the person behind the counter to print my information from the computer and verify the new pharmacy’s information. This was at 5:30pm. I tried to get the two Rx they did fill but was denied my medication. I asked why they were withholding my prescriptions from me, the reasoning behind it as per the pharmacy tech who had them in his hands, “well, if we’re going to transfer the prescription, you can just get it from them.” If this all wasn’t frustrating enough, I waited and reached out to the new pharmacy at 10:30pm to ask if they received the transfer, and of course they did not. The pharmacist never called like she said she would, they didn’t receive a fax for the transfer. So I am left without my medication till God knows when. Called main customer service and spoke to a great representative, hopefully they can resolve this issue in a timely manner.

This is the worst pharmacy in Sugar Land!! I had two prescriptions sent to them. I called and they said that they had both prescriptions and to come at 9:30. Well it’s way past that now 9:59 and they claim that they did not receive both prescriptions!! Now I may end up having to go to the hospital ?!!!

They're very understaffed in the pharmacy, but do a phenomenal job even though they're incredibly stressed clearly.

Walgreens doesn’t approve of women having control over their body. Never again will we visit a Walgreens store.

I am appalled that this pharmacy does not have 5 stars. These Techs are so awesome & are always making sure I have exactly what I need & go the extra mile to ensure that I do. They never mind my questions & the best part is that they are all super friendly & always ready & willing to assist me. Don’t let the crazy stars for this store deter you - I will never go anywhere else
