Their pharmacy wouldn’t feel my prescription because “they didn’t feel comfortable doing it”? Never even heard of that so don’t use them they’re worthless. Now I have to waste time getting it transferred over to a normal pharmacy that will do their damn job.

Yep- if zero stars were an option. . . Pharmacy drive thru decided a break was more important than customer service. Refused service after we waited in line - with no other cars behind us. You would be better off remaining closed if customer service isn’t your priority. I would not hire you.

if 0 stars was an option....worst "customer service" Ive ever experienced. when I asked a question they did not want to answer they pretended I wasn't there and walked away from the drive thru window....presumably hoping I would drive away...i backed up, looked at them, and made them deal with me..of course all I wanted to know is why "my insurance isn't covering" my antibiotics (treating pneumonia) and if there happened to be a mistake? I was told I would have to contact the insurance which after after 530 pm chances are it wouldn't happen today...

The worst pharmacy ever. Had a prescription for paxlovid. They were out of it. Sent to different pharmacy half hour away. Who really didnt hav it. Who then sent another Walgreens also half hr away. That was a closed shop. Boarded it. This was an urgent drug. Their cavalier attitude shd put all Walgreens to shame!!!! Learn some empathy.All their reviews r sooo bad. Why is the fed not closing it. They r conscience less. V need a better walgreen in the neighborhood

Do Not use Walgreens for passport photos. The employees don’t care and take inaccurate photos that get denied by the post office. I had to spend upwards of $30 to take emergency photos. Even worse is the return policy. On spending approximately $20 on their mistake I was asked to go back to the original store to make the return. They will not budge, not even to make things right for the customer. They agreed to provide a store credit, which i initially refused because I don’t shop at Walgreens, but later their staff refused even the store credit saying the system wouldn’t Allow it. Walgreens obviously doesn’t care about customer service as they have such ridiculous policies and staff is trained poorly. I would not recommend this store or Walgreens in general.

I have been coming to this Walgreens for our prescriptions for over a decade and the pharmacy staff just keeps getting worse and worse every year. There is always a line wrapped around the store. Medicine isn’t ready on time. Their communication is horrible! Their app doesn’t work properly and every time I set my communication settings to contact me, they don’t follow the contact preferences. I think it’s time to switch pharmacy! They ignore anyone in line until they feel like acknowledging you. Worst pharmacy in Sugar Land.

One of the slowest pharmacies I've ever used. Don't use their drive thru unless you have an hour to spare as you will be waiting that long. That is if you are lucky to have no line, double your wait for each car in front of you. My goal now is to get Health Care that I can avoid Walgreens and the slowest service possible.

D*** drive through window employees didn't even ask what meds required then took off to fill orders not even approved waited 20-25 minutes no one their couldn't communicate what so ever. All there are dumber than a sack of hammers! They really deserve zero stars - stupidest employees on the planet - Walgreens should give them a participation award for being so incompetent!!

45 minutes wait to pick up a prescription at the drive theough on a Tuesday at 7pm?? That’s ridiculous. Get more staff. Your current staff is overwhelmed

I got my Covid booster here. The service was excellent. My only complaint is that, according to "very smart people" on the internet, I should have also received a complementary microchip with my vaccine. My internet reception has not improved at all. Extremely disappointed.

This Walgreens is the worst showed up twice after being told my medicine was ready called in today was told they didn't feel my prescription because of insurance and they wanted to discuss payment. I ask how much it was expecting it to be $300 she said $3. I am reporting this location tomorrow
