My worst experience ever!! If your time and medication important to youThen think twice before dropping your prescription here!!I put in prescription and they said it will be ready in about hourAfter 10 days, I still haven’t received my medication l.They gave me a half after a week and still waiting remaining.They refused to give me my prescription so i can go to another pharmacy.After tow weeks they kept saying they order my and it should be here by Monday.Today is Monday and I’m still hereIm going to surgery tomorrow 6am and still didn’t receive any medicine.@ Walgreens pharmacy : please respect people time and healthThis is not acceptable!!!!!!

Customer experience associate charisma had a horrible attitude throughout the whole entire checkout process i arrived at the counter ready to pay for my items and she didn't greet me at all she just stood there on her phone for a good minute and left me waiting to checkout she then proceeded to scan my items and still not say a word. As i finished paying she didn't let me know if i was going to get a digital or physical receipt and then proceeded to throw away my coupon i receive after paying she just crumbled it up and threw it away. Ruined my whole experience at my neighborhood walgreens.:(

I had to go back home to get verification I prepaid for my rx- the pharmacy tech didn’t bother to check the account, argumentative. The actual pharmacist on duty did not say a word to me when handing over my new prescription. Normally, they will ask if I have any questions. She basically threw the bag at me. Very rude staff tonight 7/27/2023..

Had problems ordering online and pick up in store. Call local walgreens at West airport and eldridge. I ask if I can pay over the phone for the product and pick up in store. Person on the other line says nothing and hangs up on me. It wasn't a "hold on let me ask a manager"... it was simply the person on the phone didn't care what I had to say and hung up.Yeah. With that attitude I will stick with going to HEB. Should have in the first place. Customer service is by far better at HEB!

Do not use their pharmacy. I have had many problems with this location filling recurring prescriptions. They have dropped the prescription altogether several times, and most of the time I have to manually use the Walgreens App to request a refill. Today I was attempting to pick up a refill, and was in line 5 minutes before the pharmacy closed. Unfortunately the woman in front of me took 10 minutes to get through her order before I was able to get to the window and I was informed to come back the next day even though I was in line before the pharmacy closed - terrible service!

Unprofessional and rude staff. Does not know how to refill a prescription. Not available if you come late to pick up your medicine. I have been using Walgreens pharmacy for about 6 years but this is the worse branch I have ever seen.

Pharm technician very rude. I asked her if Walgreens had a vaccine that was offered on the website but she did not know what it was. She said they did not have it and would not go and ask a pharmacist until I insisted. I could hear her talking badly about me to the pharmacist. She said I needed a prescription for a vaccine which is unheard of. I called CVS; they were extremely helpful. They had the vaccine and could even tell me how much it would cost out of pocket. Please go to CVS if you are able to.

Always having issues with Walgreens. My order was made a day before and was marked as ready when I get there none of my items have been even picked out of the store . I drove 30 min because it was the only store who had stuff in stock. Manager stated he would get stuff for me and took over 15 minutes to get 2 items and I had to look for my own stuff . He took over 10 minutes again and I just cancelled my order. Not the first time it happens , manager was not helpful at all

Made an online appointment to get my Moderna booster. Answered all the questions, and traveled to the store. Only when I got to the store did I find out that they did not want to open another vial of the Moderna booster for fear of wasting it. I get it, I would not want to waste doses, either, but that should be noted online before the appointment so customers don't waste time. Sadly, this is so commonplace among business now, the idea that customers time does not matter, it's a given any more.

very rude to the students. bad customer service. they kicked us out the store and make us wait in line to go in. they dont let us buy anything but food. i am a muslim woman, i felt very discriminated against they had employees watching me. horrible.
