This is the 2nd time I've had issues getting my medication via delivery. The first time they couldn't find the order. This time they used door dash, I called to check on status because the driver was over an hour late from the eta I was given and the pharmacist basically told me it was my responsibility to track it down. Zero accountability. If you can't do the job correctly, don't offer the service. My business is going elsewhere

Pharmacy is always slow, and if you have a question don't expect them to answer the phone. Slow and steady may win the race but this pharmacy is just slow.

Went in to pick up prescriptions. Saw a couple in the booth getting some kind of shots from the pharmacist which sparked my memory that I needed to get my 2nd shingles shot. Paul Elliot, the pharmacist, gathered the needed materials and invited me into the booth. He thanked me for coming in, twice, and explained what the procedure entailed and furnished me with literature. Afterwards, I asked him about some issues I was having with my medications and he proceeded to spent 30 minutes or more explaining what different meds I was on reacted with one another and me. He did it willingly and explained it thoroughly. Walgreens is lucky to have such a top notch guy in their pharmacy. Thank you again, Paul. The info helped a lot. Far better info than what I could/would receive from my doctor.

I used to like coming here, but the Pharmacist named Patel was extremely rude to me. I have never experienced such a negative attitude, and I hope that he learns to not be rude to customers who are calm and respectful. Until then, I will be going to the other walgreens location.

Was indirectly accused of trying to steal Pokemon cards just cuz I was walking around the store looking at things. Over heard the employee tell her manager she thinks I'm trying to steal them cuz he's walking around and being suspicious

After being with Walgreens for the last 10 years I am moving my prescriptions to CVS. The pharmacy has gone downhill in the last year. I use the app but it doesn't work after the latest update. You don't get calls if there is an issues with your prescriptions. I got an email a couple days ago saying that there was a prescription back order but it would be ready on Saturday. I go in Saturday and they say there is a nationwide back order. Why did I get the email it would be ready Saturday? The staff is not helpful and could care less about you.

The line at this Walgreens pharmacy takes 30+ minutes to get through without long lines. The experience is awful and I dread when a prescription has to be filled at this pharmacy rather than CVS.

I want to give a shout out to the Customer Representative that helped me earlier this morning 10:02am. She was treated unprofessionally by a Customer ahead of me. She was still able to keep calm. I feel bad for her. Thank you for helping me this morning!

The Pharmacists here are excellent! The whole pharmacy staff is great. I am here a couple times a week and have never had a problem. I love the rewards program and am always picking up goodies that have orange tags. Sometimes for free because I redeem my points! No complaints from this customer!
