Customer experience associate charisma had a horrible attitude throughout the whole entire checkout process i arrived at the counter ready to pay for my items and she didn't greet me at all she just stood there on her phone for a good minute and left me waiting to checkout she then proceeded to scan my items and still not say a word. As i finished paying she didn't let me know if i was going to get a digital or physical receipt and then proceeded to throw away my coupon i receive after paying she just crumbled it up and threw it away. Ruined my whole experience at my neighborhood walgreens.:(

Made an online appointment to get my Moderna booster. Answered all the questions, and traveled to the store. Only when I got to the store did I find out that they did not want to open another vial of the Moderna booster for fear of wasting it. I get it, I would not want to waste doses, either, but that should be noted online before the appointment so customers don't waste time.Sadly, this is so commonplace among business now, the idea that customers time does not matter, it's a given any more.

Some of the pharmacy staff need to seriously watch tone when speaking on the phone. I get you’re stressed and deal with lots of people on the job. But that comes with the job…and it’s important to maintain professionalism and be respectful to all customers. The female pharmacy staff individual I spoke to (they didn’t state if they were the tech or pharmacist) already had an attitude when she answered the phone. Whoever was working Monday night around 7pm….who ruthlessly kept a condescending tone…phone customer service is NOT a battle zone where you try to outwit customers!! As a healthcare progressional myself….I’ve never dealt w such unprofressionalism. You DO NOT talk down to your customer. You are NOT better than other people.

My wife scheduled an appointment for a flu vaccine through the online system. When she arrived for her appointment on time she was told that they didn't give vaccines withing 30 min of closing. They did not honor their appointment. I would not go back or recommend a friend go to this location.

We had our COVID booster shot here and it was a very positive experience. The pharmacist tech was very courteous, and efficient. The tech that did the shots was also very good.

This is a great store BUT do NOT go from 3:00-4:30 because you will run into a gazillion teens who have no regard for anyone but themselves. A lot of them clog up the parking lot waiting for their parents to pick them up because parents are too impatient to sit in the line for Harmony school. Walgreens has tried to limit the number of students allowed in at a time BUT if you are a customer being unfortunate to be stuck in the store at 3:30 then you will have to be let out by an employee. They need signs in parking lot stating that the parking lot is for Walgreens customers only. And the Harmony school is of no help because they claim that once school is out they are not responsible for the kids. Walgreens seems to be trying to do something but they have run off a lot of customers because of this daily happening when school is in session.

First of all this is a walgreens not a bus stop for Harmony Students second you let 50 kids in the store at one time just to hang out and clog the lanes. I've been coming to this walgreens since before Harmony was built and never had this issue now I've been dealing with this to long and time to speak up. Walgreens make some policy changes and I will come back till then I will go to walmart.

I just wanted to say that the store was clean and they had what I needed. Please make sure Alma, Sudha and the wonderful cashier, Brittney, get a note in their files commending each of them. Have a wonderful Easter, Joe Mancini

Great location and everyone is very nice and helpful. Only area is they markdown seasonal items later than competitors. But the high school kids from the school next door roam around the store, open food and eat their for free.
