I recommend asking for a price break down they love to force people to get styles/lengths they don’t want just so they can make more money also very rude and gossips once you don’t want to spend too much I was charged $100 for basic acrylic nails with no designs with a short/mid length if you ask me that’s way too much for people who will add up your bill as you go! Can’t be be trusted they act super nice and con customers while doing so

As always VIP Nails did a fabulous job and made me feel so relaxed while getting my milk and honey pedicure and manicure. They always have the calmest music and the nicest staff. Michell and Linda did amazing with my nails and the massages that came with the service. Always a great time here.
Plain and simple: wonderful service, relaxing atmosphere, amazing people!

The people here are pretty friendly, but if I can be completely honest the services here are mediocre at best. I did love how my nails came out regardless of it not looking exactly how I wanted it to look from the picture.
Originally I wanted to book online, but conveniently I suppose... the site was down.
The lady that did my pedicure was sooo sweet giving rich mama vibes, her personality made the experience worth it aside from not receiving everything that was on the menu I purchased, and the fact she didn't really set the toenail polished correctly with the top coat (the pedicure didn't quite look even), and I didn't feel they were cut very well.
As for the manicure.... I completely don't understand how people with real nails still get charged crazy prices just to get their nails colored, and the "spa" manicure was just my hands dipped in cold water no hand massage, no cuticle oil, little bubbles like how things were back in the day, and the nude base coat on my hands was supposed to be more on the translucent nude-ish side, but again it was okay, and also I didn't feel that my real nails were cut down evenly, the polish pretty much covers up my natural french look so you can't really tell how uneven they were. For the price I paid I probably should have let them mess up some acrylics, but in the end I would have still ended up with thin messed up natural nails.

Towards the end of services I felt really rushed, although I paid, and tipped in "advance".
Also, I'm not a big fan of being haggled for money. Not even the ladies doing the service were asking me if I wanted something more because I already had a mind set or what I wanted and I was very clear and direct of the service that I was receiving. The lady from the front desk kept walking past my chair staring at me, asking me pretty much to buy this or that, and I just wanted to feel safe, and relaxed; part reason I like to pay in advance so I can just chill and leave when Im all finished. If I wanted more I would have paid for more..and the lady couldn't have forgotten I paid already, but apparently she did, so she ended up charging my card TWICE for my pedicure in the middle of the service when purchasing my manicure, because I passed her back my card to just take care of it while I was getting my nails done. They did fix the issue, but it took a brief stare down just to remind the lady she hasn't given me back my card, but it was like wait what? How can you possibly miss that "side eye" ....
Oh and their massage chairs ... Not very good.
If we continue to pay for luxurious services, never speak up, but only receive mediocrity at best; we'll never keep brands, and companies accountable.
So yeah -
That's my review tangent for the day until next time.

Poor customer service. They upcharged me for things I didn't request. I communicated this during my service but fell on deaf ears. I will never return here. Also concerned about the level of cleanliness. The lady brought me a drink wearing the same gloves she did my pedicure with.

This place is everything!!!! I was greeted at the door by Ivy, who by the way is awesome. She made sure that my experience here was a great one. My nail technician Amy understood the assignment and made sure to make my nails perfect. Last but not least Locus went to work on my feet. I would most definitely rate VIP nails Sugar Land a 10 out of 10.

I had a manicure and pedicure for my birthday (referred to VIP by one of my dear friends in SL, as I live in Ohio). Sandy was my esthetician. She did a fantastic job removing all the dead skin, cuticle buildup, and trimming my nails. Very comfortable setting, and she made sure I was 100% comfortable and relaxed. This is my go-to nail salon! I love getting my dip manicures done by Tea or Mymy! They always help me with finding the best colors that match any design inspo I bring in and are always meticulous with any nail designs. Tea makes sure I’m happy with every part of my nails! My family and I have come here multiple times for their various pedicures and always ask for Sugar, Annie, Sandy, Tracy, or Coco who always do an awesome job! The atmosphere is nice and they always give a free drink which is a nice touch as well. Highly recommend coming here!

A hot bulky mess!!! Do not go here.. The lady messed up on 2 of my nails when doing the powder I told her those are kind of bulky? Then she went on saying I can do gel polish & I like everything thin.. Not true what so ever!! This how I left the salon I hate my nails so bad!

Mini did my nails and she did a phenomenal job! I am new to Texas and needed a new nail tech and she exceeded my expectations I will definitely be back! The shape and length were perfect! I also had a pedicure by Lisa and she also did a great job and was able to relieve me of my ingrown toe nail, I will definitely make my next appointment here! The place is very clean and staff are super friendly and welcoming!
