“Today was our first with VCA. From meeting the front desk staff to our vet tech Hena, and Dr. McMaster, our experience here was exceptional. The staff was friendly and welcoming. Hena and Dr. McMaster showered our Jovi with love and created a positive experience for him by rewarding him with treats during his exam. The staff was informative and ensured we had answers to all our questions and did not rush us through our appointment. We appreciate the care our Jovi received so much, we have already scheduled an appointment for our other pup, Gunnar. Our family looks forward to continuing care with VCA. To add, the clinic was clean and there was adequate seating in exam rooms.”

“I love this veterinary clinic! I have a 100 lb doberman/German shepherd who is all bark and no bite, but he can be intimidating. The curb side hand off with the vet techs was wonderful. They were very patient and he came back happy and calm. They made a normally stressful pet visit very easy which I appreciate. Everyone was very thorough, caring and informative and helpful with getting his flea/tick/heartworm medication filled as well.”

We had an emergency and they squeezed us in to see our Mastiff. Dr Khan then called us at 9pm with results and care plan, this really showed us the dedication she has towards her patients. ??”

“The team at Sugarland Vet Specialists took really good care of my dog. I am so thankful that they are available 24/7! The facility is immaculate and comfortable. I was pleasantly surprised by the "holding area"they have spacious cubicles with plexiglass instead of cages! Gus was so comfortable, I don't think he even felt like he was at the vet .”
