He is kind to my old guy and ensures Bruno is not stressed out. Doctor Floyd also listens to me and my concerns to Bruno. I honestly think he was born to be a vet. I've been with Banfield for over 9 years, and now I'm considering switching to them as our families main veterinarian.

“I love this veterinary clinic! I have a 100 lb doberman/German shepherd who is all bark and no bite, but he can be intimidating. The curb side hand off with the vet techs was wonderful. They were very patient and he came back happy and calm. They made a normally stressful pet visit very easy which I appreciate. Everyone was very thorough, caring and informative and helpful with getting his flea/tick/heartworm medication filled as well.”

I was pleasantly surprised by the "holding area"they have spacious cubicles with plexiglass instead of cages! Gus was so comfortable, I don't think he even felt like he was at the vet .”
