Incompetent employees. No phones in stock. Barley one word answers to my questions. I shouldn't have purchased from here but I'm on a deadline and couldn't wait. Just a horrible experience. I'll probably never purchase from here again.

The worst customer service at this location. The woman helping us was so rude. We let her know she was rude and she just laughed so we walked out. We ended up taking our purchase elsewhere to an authorized Verizon store and had wonderful customer service.

Instead of working on your muscles, I wish you could just work a little on your social skills, which could help you forever! I'm really disappointed because seriously, you guys should improve your employees communication skills so they can do a little better!

We switched from Tmobile to Verizon because they had a promotion. My wife and I traded in both of our phones, iPhone 11 Plus, to get the new iPhone 14 Plus. We were supposed to get a $1000 credit for each, but when we received the bill, we noticed that they had only given us credit for one phone. We went to the store to ask what happened to the other phone we gave them, and they were giving us a runaround. THEY SIMPLY STOLE OUR PHONE, A $1000 VALUE. YADI was the mastermind. Although, he managers who happen to be all black, are far more worse than the obnoxious employees they have at this store. If they don't want to talk to you or resolve your issue, they always have a deputy (a watch dog) to kick you out or threaten to take you to jail. This is how wild and out of control this store has become. An iPad also was part of the promotion that we never received. We really got cheated by theses charlatans.

I had to switch to T-Mobile from VZW a while ago bc where I moved to has poor VZW coverage. But I called into this store bc I needed an old VZW bill of mine emailed to me. For this simple task, and even though they still had all my info and email address on file, they have me a HUGE runaround... I have to call customer service, I have to get my father added to the account by calling customer service (which I tried, but customer service wouldn't do that), they can't print, they can't do this, they can't do that. I was like "Why can't you just "print to PDF" and email it to my email address that you have on file? They had no answer. I doubt they know what "print to PDF" means. After both my father and I wasting an hour each in person and on the phone respectively, we still could not get this simple task done. The bureaucrats erected one obstacle after another, and got some sort of "victory" by making our lives difficult, instead of helping us. For a company that is supposed to have good customer service, my experience here was the opposite. Poor job guys. I'm glad I'm with T-Mobile.

The absolute WORST customer service experience EVER. I went there for some help after purchasing a new phone, and they absolutely refused to even try to help. I was told that I needed to call tech support. When I asked if there was anyone there that could help, he proclaimed that he was the manager and they didn't have time to help. I wish I had taken my business elsewhere. BEWARE - all they want to do is take your money and not really help you.

The service rep that greets you at the door can't answer any questions. Wait time to speak with someone that should be able to help is always at least an hour. Calling Verizon is longer than waiting at this place. In general Verizon customer service has gone way downhill!

If I could give zero stars I would. They aren't ever open. Always closed. Have a sign that says "we will re-open on 4/25 smh. Today is 5/24 still closed. No help. Ever!

Came here to get an iPad activated and a line activated. I was going back and forth with tech support on the phone for two days so decided to come to this location because I was tired of not finding a solution. Nadia (not sure how to spell her name) helped me out and was advocating for me while calling tech support, she talked to two people and we were on the phone for almost two hours! I applaud and appreciate her for being patient and helping me out. Thank you Nadia!
