Given all the reviews I came in with extremely low expectations.I came in to send a letter as well as ship a package (needed to purchase a box at USPS). There were 3 employees at the time and they were all very helpful.Your mileage may vary of course, but given my own experience I will happily come to this location again.

VERY RUDE staff. The old man doesn't help at all. He told me to call customer service because they LOST my package and did NOT want to apologize or reimbursement. I hope he get fire there's no way someone would talk to customers like that when their job is to help people with their mails and packages. I started off really nicely and asked what would happened if they lost my package. He kept repeating it's not gonna happen when clearly they don't have my package, which supposed to be picked up 2 days ago.

I walked in on a Thursday morning at 10:30 am and there was no line. This is why I am giving one more star than I really should be giving. I had a large Tory Burch tote bag to ship out because I sold in on poshmark. This is relevant to add to this review because as such, I was trying to keep as much of my profit as possible so I was looking for the priority shipping boxes that already come with the prepaid label. I asked the African American man which box I should look for . He scanned my label and directed me to the boxes section and asked me to use those. He asked me what I was shipping and he said oh that’s a large bag and he then pointed to the boxes. I proceed to package it up and then I went back to the counter to have the label scanned again for shipping. Then he tells me that I have to pay for the box. Confused, I asked him, well didn’t I ask you earlier which box went with this label? And he said no. Then another man comes from the back and tells me “ma’am, you have to pay for the box!” Very loudly and rudely and goes on to say, “this is a business ma’am you have to pay for the box!” And now at this point he is yelling. So I raised my voice back to explain that I was not told I had to pay for the box when I was directed to those boxes after I clearly told the man that I was looking for the boxes that are already paid for by the shipping label. Then that man turns to the Afr. Am. Man and asked him- did you tell her that? And he shook his head “No”, and said: “I told her her bag was too large and it wouldn’t fit in the priority boxes that we have in the back”… then I told them all- well I was not given that explanation, why won’t you explain that to me in complete sentences? If they had explained that to me, then I would have been prepared to pay for a larger box or ——what if I had a box in my car that I could have used instead of paying $6 for that box that I packed up? ! COMPLETE INABILITY TO COMMUNICATE EFFECTIVELY. It does not take much to speak in complete sentences to the customers. Please practice effective communication. Don’t leave space for misunderstanding because you make your own day and others’ moments miserable. Thank you for reading.

If I could I would give zero stars. This place was disgusting. From workers to cleanliness.There was only one kind worker to help us. These people couldn't even attempt to be curtious to my family. Almost all of the workers were fine, but as soon as the manager came into the picture she was telling them repeatedly not to help us. Credits to the only nice 2 workers, Gwendallen and Candice. The manager Chris Dunbar was so rude to us and will be getting filed on.

This location is full of Rude employees. At some point when we demand better and refuse our Tax dollars paying these types of bad businesses, things would change. These employees are only employed here becasue they could not make in the business word where you be "fired" for this type of work ethic. Shame on you people

After waiting in line, I just need to pay for the envelope from the store to ship my item, I came with my own tape but needed to borrow scissors and Bharat would not let me use them, what an unhelpful inconsiderate human being. He made sure he did the bare minimum but still get paid. The worst, don’t go here for your shipping needs, bring your business elsewhere.

Worst postal experience I've ever had and getting worse everyday. Mailed a two day delivery package on Monday Nov 27, 2023 and the tracking on Friday Dec 1, 2023 indicated it had not left the post office. After standing in line for 30 minutes Friday afternoon to find out what was going on, the clerk's only answer was "We need more machines. It will take longer." How much longer is the question. By Christmas??
