I dropped off my packages at this location almost a week ago, and they are still marked as “pre-transit.” This is the first time I’ve experienced something like this, and I am extremely disappointed. There have been no updates to my tracking numbers, and it feels like my packages have just disappeared! The service is shockingly bad, and the employees are incredibly rude and clueless about customer service. USPS needs to address the issues at this branch immediately! This level of irresponsibility is unacceptable!

It was a really bad experience. We had our appointment at 12.30-1 . When we reached, she had gone for lunch. They made us wait a whole hour. The manager was also rude and unaccommodating.

Our business unfortunately gets mail from this location. We have had check fraud on our accounts and sometimes never receive checks that clients have sent, or we get it a month later. The USPS is becoming a joke. So much criminal activity. Packages and envelopes missing information being opened before delivery.

14 years I've lived here and had to deal with this location . If the employees performed this way in a non government job they would be unemployed . Recently went to the Eagle lake post office , and what a massive improvement. See my Review there .

Unfortunate Experience with Security Breach.
I am deeply disappointed and disturbed by my recent experience with this establishment. I believe it's crucial to share this so that others may be aware and vigilant.
During my last visit, I discovered that my card information was compromised, leading me to suspect the presence of a skimming device. This is not just a violation of trust, but also a serious criminal offense.
The individuals involved in such activities demonstrate a complete disregard for ethical conduct. It's disheartening to think that there are people who would stoop so low as to steal from others, especially in a place where customers should feel safe and secure.
I strongly urge the management to investigate this matter thoroughly and take immediate action to ensure the security of their payment systems. Customers deserve to know that their financial information is safe when patronizing a business.
In the meantime, I advise potential customers to exercise caution when using their cards at this establishment. Your financial security should never be put at risk.

The staff is always understanding and helpful. Mr. Jamal the manager there always tries to streamline the line when busy. Appreciative of everyone’s patience. Some customers are rude and mean to staff.

I had a decent experience, Alexis is good, she knows her work and finished everything fast and accurate.
Overall the staff is attentive and helpful, guided me through the cost and the other features of the service I used that day. Helped a lot, thanks.

The service was unfortunately rude and unhelpful. All I wanted to do was scan in a package with prepaid shipping and the worker refused and said it was no his position

One of the lady back drop off she had very bad behavior, today we had few packages to drop off and she didn't let us drop at 4pm, and there closing time is 5pm and other customer have same problem too
