Warning: go to any other UPS store besides this one. Read the other reviews, the older lady who runs this store is bitter, rude, and does not provide any customer service. If you want to be yelled at and mistreated without any provocation, then this lady can provide that.

Do not go to this UPS. The lady there is rude. I ship UPS all the time and she tried charging me so she can tape up my box! Literally tried to charge me for a strip of tape.Also, she switched my labels on me to get back at me for questioning the tape charge. I distinctly remember her putting on the correct label on one of my shipments. She went back and ripped that label off and put the incorrect label on so the package was going to wrong address. Luckily, my clients are amazing and they were bothered by the issue. I will never go back to this UPS store.

We have been using this store for several years for mail and packages. Never any issues. Ms Patel has always been polite and helpful with what ever I needed even when I was upset with a shipper (no fault of hers). One day after I had just left the store the UPS delivery truck came in with a package for me. She took the time to call me so I would not have to make another trip. I don't understand the bad reviews. Seems there are a lot of people who have no concept of business or running a store. The stores don't set the prices for UPS and price is based not only by weight but package dimensions and destination. Grow up people!

We have been using this store for several years and have NEVER had any issues with service or Mrs Patel. She has made several attempts to get quality help, but the current employee pool is seriously lacking in quality people. The negative reviews here are obviously by illiterates and trolls. Furthermore, prices are set by UPS, not the franchisee. Therefore, there is no justification for a negative review.

This store price gouges you like nothing I've ever seen. I don't know how these UPS stores operate, but if they aren't allowed to set their own prices for shipping then this place doesn't needs to be shut down by UPS. I originally brought two large boxes to ship to Hawaii during the wildfires. I figured it would be expensive, but they tried charging me like $1200 to ship the two boxes. No thank you. I shipped them with FedEx instead and it was like a few hundred bucks from them. Then most recently my wife brought in two picture frames already packaged and ready to go. One to Florida and one to Ohio. The lady not only ripped open the boxes and tried to repackage them into other boxes (which we did not want), but then tried forcing my wife to get insurance on them. No matter how many times my wife said no, the lady said she couldn't accept them without insurance. They are $4 picture frames, really not that big of a deal. My wife finally demanded to get the boxes back when she was told the whole thing would be $70. Are they out of their minds? Then my wife had to fight with the lady to get the frames back. She actually had to threaten to go behind the counter and grab them before the lady finally gave her the frames back. The lady already tore apart one of the boxes so we lost the box we had for one of them. Went to another UPS store and it was like $25 for the whole thing. I used to work for UPS as a driver so I try to use UPS every time I can. I know this store is not operating within the scope of what UPS normally does. This place needs to get with the program and stop trying to play games or they need to be shut down.

Absolutely worst customer service I've ever experienced. DO NOT come to this location. I will take my business elsewhere.I came in for their fingerprint service. The Indian lady working here was rude for absolutely no reason from the start to finish of our interaction. I observed her also being rude to the girl she was training. The trainee started off being kind but then fed off of the other lady's terrible energy and then was also rude herself. This location doesn't understand basic customer service. Unacceptable behavior.The owners response to my review is a bunch of lies. You didn't provide me Lotion for dry fingers. You were rude ans rushing me through the process. When I simply asked for a support number contact, you argued with me and walked to the back and yelled through a wall. This owner is delusional and doesn't realize she is rude to her potential customers.

I had a lot of returns (from Amazon) to process. The customer service was very patient, friendly and accommodating. I appreciated that.

The little old lady that works there can be rude for no reason at all. I have a two big Amazon return box and it’s both boxes heavy like around 40 lb something but she say you do not drop a heavy package here because Amazon giving give only one dollar per the box drop off charge so you go to another place we don’t care about Amazon package and she is very rude Indian old lady I think she is owner of the store. I am never going again. This place. This place is very suck. and who idiot give a franchisee this lady

I walked in unprepared with a package that still needed a box and bubble wrap, and immediately, I was met by Surekha who stopped what she was doing to assist me. There was no hesitation. She was very patient with me and allowed me any pause I needed to look up an address. I was helped efficiently and with tremendous care. Every question I had was answered with care. I couldn't recommend this place more.Thank you, Surekha for your help!
