The worst service ive ever see
I wish I can do less than one star .
Online says they service USPS but when you go over there, she can take the package but she can't give you receipt, with bad history and reviews about the I wouldn't be surprised if the throw the package in the trash after I leave...

I went 3 hours ago to drop my package off and the tracking number still doesn't appear in the system. I called the store and they told me I have to wait until 8 PM. Why such poor management of expectations? I also called Help Desk and they told me what I could have already guessed - that the package hadn't been scanned and I needed to call the store. Why did I even bother to call? It aggravated me even more

The old Indian lady named Sukrekah Patel was very rude to me! She basically brushed me off after I asked her a question that wasn't even answered by her and assisted the person behind me! Straight up ignored me! Please work on your customer service skills! Avoid this location!

This store location has always been helpful and efficient and professional. I had one time when I printed the wrong label and the associate took the time and patience to explain to me what happened. Great customer service!!
