Had a bad experience with one of the cashiers. Hiya, I believe is her name asked me for my number to put into the system. I refused since I don’t like giving my number out or saying it out loud for everyone to hear. She insisted saying I HAD to give it to her because that is the only way I can do refunds. Keep in mind I get a paper receipt. I’ve refused to give my number at other places and they were okay with it. Unlike Hiya, she made a face like it was something odd. Clearly showing she needs to be retrained.
I’m only giving two stars because everyone else there was wonderful except for that cashier.

Thomas was the best, I was having trouble with foundation due to dry skin and he recommended me a really good base and foundation based on my needs!

⚠️Three ppl in 1 row stocking near where I'm looking for an advertised item. I wait and say, "Excuse me.." no one will look at me. I wait... nothing. Head back to the front to the register and ask the cashier where an item is I can't find in the titled area. She says nothing and turns from me to look at someone else I didn't see. A masked woman approaches and says something I don't understand. I say hello, can you help me find this item. I show her a picture. She replies, but I can't understand her. She walks fast. I try to keep up and can't. (On a cane) I finally get to her spot and she's already talking so I arrived mid speech. I asked her what she said and she wants to Take my phone. I turned it so she could see the picture and she saw it and said, "yeah, I dont know why it says we have it on sale right now, we don't have it right now and it's not even in an area we would stock." that's all I got, she kept turning her back to me and talking, with the mask it was useless. I waited and asked if she could order it. "NAH, I DONT GET WHY WE DONT HAVE IT THOUGH WE HAVE IT ADVERTISED ON SALE."
And with that she's gone. I say, Okay well can we order it, but she's too far gone.
The row of 3 ladies counting stock are inches from me. No one says anything. I smiled realizing it's been yrs since I've been in this store. I recall why.
I'm on a cane. So I walk the slow pace back to the front door. There's no customers in this store, just me as I walk back to the front. No one says a word. Bye, i said, thank you. Silence.... ? where has customer service gone? They'll try harder to write a response to a review, than rather give their best when you're actually IN the store.
Just use the time it would take to write a response, and train your staff on customer service.

Stylist Catherine did an unsatisfactory keratin express treatment which lasted for 3 days, she refused to fix it.. had plans for other treatments but am not going back..

I would give this place zero stars
Went in to return/exchange a gift item and they just returned it to the person who gave me the gift instead of exchanging or giving a gift receipt. Said there is nothing they can do about it and I’d have to call the person who originally brought it!

I usually have a good experience while shopping, the employees are very willing to help and have a great attitude. Today a really nice woman with cute pink hair was so sweet. But I consistently have subpar experience at check out. I noticed they had trouble with a customer who was
Mistaken about her things but the woman who checked me out has been there a bit and consistently has a curt and cold demeanor, Hira I think is her name. I would just appreciate more warmth and patience and assistance at check out

Management yells at their stylists for taking a bathroom break while they play on their phone.
I almost got over bleached because the manager wouldn't let the stylist do her job. If my hair had been fried, I would've pressed charges.

I didn't like it very much, why the employees harass you and look at you as if you were going to steal your merchandise. More with Hispanic people I felt uncomfortable shopping in this place. Additionally, the prices are very high compared to other places that sell some of the products they have.

It's a good place to find high quality makeup cheap the reason it's not five stars is because alot of the testers were either missing or absolutely destroyed I went mainly to find skincare and Katherine was a real help with helping me find and cleanser that would work well with my skin and gave some great advice she was super friendly and kind and over all loved talking to her

I am an insanely loyal Ulta customer and have been for years, so WHY did I just now find the Brow Bar? SUCH a thorough experience, as painless as possible and shaped exactly like I wanted. Ximena did an awesome job with my brows and I hope when I move, the brow bar near my new place is as awesome ❤️
