I am posting this here as the other location has been permanently closed. I have changed my review from a 5 star to a 1 star based on the failure of Brandon and Glenna refunding my monies. I completed all requirements of the programs I participated in. Lost the required weight, checked in at all work outs, left a review and went to training sessions as required. Per the contract I was to receive a full refund for doing everything above. Until I receive my full refund I will not remove or change my star rating. If you want to work with honest people then I would not work with Glenna or Brandon when it comes to repayment of contractually owed money. They still run their location in Sugarland and offer a Keto program. I encourage people to use other programs before throwing money away on these two. The rest is accurate and I am still thankful for what was achieved but I am disappointed that Glenna and Brandon have made no attempt to contact me or return my fees after reaching out to them on multiple occasions. I started this program 18 weeks ago. In that 18 weeks, 3 sessions I was able to do what I haven't been able to do in 5 years. This program helped me regain confidence in setting and achieving goals. It has also help me retrain my brain and body to eat what is best for me. It's not a temporary diet, it's a lifestyle change. I've actually enjoyed not having cravings for soda and removing salt from my meals has given me a new appreciation for the natural flavors of food. Anyone who has considered starting a program to lose weight and to retrain their eating habits then this is a great starting point. Brandon and Glenna are there with you every step of the way to help push you and motivate you. Brandon, has been there and done that. He went through this program when he was overweight and now he is the lead instructor with enough energy to keep you going through each daily regimen of workouts. As I stated earlier, I was able to accomplish more in 18 weeks of working out and meal planning than I did in the past year. So let me share with you what I was able to do. In 18 weeks I lost a total of 60.8 pounds and 20 inches from my body. I've dropped four pant sizes and am now able to fit back into a 2XLT shirt. I'm happier and healthier for making the choice to participate in this program. For those of you who think you're too old or weigh too much to start this program let me tell you that if I can do it at the age of 50 and a starting weight of 392 pounds then anyone should be able to do this program. Don't worry if you can't do a burpee or a push-up. Brandon modifies each routine to accommodate your level of ability. NO ONE person is left out. Anyone who is ready to end their endless days of being overweight, unmotivated, and tired of being a couch potato then this class/course is for you! I challenge anyone on the fence to jump off and get into a class. You'll be better for it in the long run...now I'm off to lose more unwanted pounds and improve my health and wellbeing! I did two 6 week challenges at Transform FX Fitness-Houston with Brandon Washington and Glenna Gauthier-Washington. They gave me the tools and the support that I needed to be successful. Brandon is an excellent trainer and the workouts that he puts together for us are top notch! They really help you take all of the guess work out of it. They give you a binder with all of your nutrition guides and instructions to follow in order to maximize your results. I would highly recommend this program to anyone wanting to lose weight or even just get into better shape. In my 12 weeks I lost 42.2lbs and a total of 23 inches off of my body. I'm so happy that I found them and that they found me!

Where do I begin to explain how much of an impact Transform FX Fitness has changed my life beyond fitness? When I decided to take on this challenge, there were many thoughts I had of doubtfulness and being unsure because in the past I would work out and eat what I assumed was clean and not see the scale or weight move at all. As the program began, I started seeing so many changes in myself. My persistence, determination, and last but not least my endless nights of prayers for not just only me but for my sister and two close friends that joined us on the journey. I've learned that when you put your mind to something, focus and follow the damn directions, you will succeed. The food guide was so beneficial to my new lifestyle change and the unlimited boot camp sessions were the plus. I'm grateful for everything these hard 6 weeks has taught me. If you are really serious and determined to lose weight, Transform FX Fitness will get you there.

Taking the Sugarland Transform FX Fitness 3 week challenge really helped me get back into the workout groove that I needed. A little over a year ago I had hurt my right shoulder that had prohibited me from using it to lift weights regularly. I saw doctors, did therapy, and eventually had to get surgery to repair it. I had lost a lot of my motivation to stay in shape and eventually became too lazy to even want to do any sort of exercise. I constantly would tell myself that I'll go to the gym later today, I'll go tomorrow, or I can do exercises at home and of course none of this happened. Transform FX allowed me to have a better eating routine as well as an every week workout routine. Knowing I had to be at their gym at a certain time MADE me go instead of giving the usual excuses. Brandon and Glenna really pushed me, as well as others, in class to help reach our goals. The class itself was fun and rewarding I would always leave feeling better and feeling like I had accomplished something. Along with that and the diet I was losing weight, feeling better in the mornings when I woke up, and I had more energy throughout the day. I have to admit eating pizza or a burger taste better than eating fish and chicken but getting the results I did outweighs that greatly. For anyone on the fence about joining or is looking to get motivated I strongly suggest giving Transform FX a try. Might just be the push you need to feeling better about yourself.

After struggling to lose the last five pounds after having my son to get back to my pre-baby weight, Transform FX Fitness- Sugar Land was extremely helpful! It was not as hard as I expected it to be to stick to the meal plan. I completely enjoyed the workouts as well. They were long enough to get in a good workout, but did not take up too much time that made it impossible to get completed. Brandon and Glenna were such a great support system to have throughout this process. Without their encouragement and dedication to my success, I might not have been able to complete this program successfully. When you are ready to make a change, this is the way to go!
