I did not know what to expect from a towing service as I had never used one before. However, I found that TowEx was very professional and knowledgeable about what I needed to have done. I requested that TowEx arrive at a certain time and they were right on time. They texted me when they left their business and they also texted me picture of the completed job. They really set a perfect example of how a company should be run and how to communicate with a customer.Service: Car towing

Houstonians, beware of TowEx Towing & Recovery. The staff at this company are unprofessional and the 4 & 5 reviews listed for this company are spurious. My husband`s exotic car was about to undergo service by one of its drivers who was unable to provide my husband with legal identification, proof of operational address and liability. A company that prides itself on hauling exotic cars should have the means to cater to its customer`s questions. Many red flags appeared during our conversation. The operators of this organization are deceitful. Do not fall prey of this organization. We decided to proceed with taking our service to a credible party reputably known for its ethics and trust.

The most friendly, best quality towing company I've ever encountered. AJ (who I believe is also the owner) is very friendly, has great customer service, reasonable prices and was helpful beyond what I would have expected of a towing company. There are obviously many towing companies out there but I would highly recommend this one!

He just helped out my friends at Grapevine Lake because their dog locked them out of their truck! Didn't even accept money for his help! Literally an angel. Thank you so much!! We will be forever customers thanks to your selfless help! So grateful!

I called my neighbors insurance agent to help out to get his car tolled to a dealership off of I-10 and Dairy Ashford. They lady told us 45 minutes fine with us. we waited an hour and 10 minutes no show. we called back and was told 10 more minutes fine. 30 minutes pass still no show. My neighbor ended up call me to come get him. When I picked him up he told me that he just called and the lady told him that the wrecker call and told her that he already cancelled the wrecker in which he did not. First of all we do not even have the wreckers phone number to cancel , we only have the main number. I will make sure I post and tell as much people I can not to use this company.
