“I went to this store for the alignment. After mechanics spent quite some time inspection. I was told my car did not need alignment. They did not even charge me 1 cent. They were very genuine. Next time, I will still go to them for the alignment work if needed.
Kevin - store manager immediately made the appointment when I called in. The technician did an awesome job doing alignment for my Acura MDX. Kevin patiently reviewed reports explaining me which issues got resolved. He gave me such a peace of mind. I promised Kevin that I would come again after new tires installation or hitting a curb. No place is more trustworthy than auto check Lexington. I have been visiting them for 8 years and will continue to do so. Great customer care and service. Bravo Kevin and team !”

“This place is the best. I absolutely trust no one else to touch my Jeep Wrangler. The staff is always helpful and they go above and beyond to help get you on the road as soon as possible. I think that this NTB is the one place that you can take your automobile to and trust that it will get done right the first time.
I once had to take my Jeep to the dealership to have work done that only the dealership could do. Denver, the manager at NTB, said that as soon as I got my quote for my repairs to call him and let him know what the dealership was going to charge me. I did as he asked and Denver told me that the issues that I really needed fixed was not on the proposal. I went back to the dealership and pointed out exactly what Denver told me and had them remove maintenence items that wasn't actually what in there for. Denver saved me over $1000 on "dealership repairs".

“I got a membership for $10, way less than I might spend on beer so I decided to see what the club offers. They have a range of benefits other than food in bulk. Hotels seem to be slightly cheaper through Sam's. They promote Just Energy for electricity which I found to be more expensive than Good Charlie, my current provider. I went inside this store for paper towels. It was nice. I also picked up 2lbs of hummus for about $5. The Sam's app you can scan and pay for everything through the app and walk out. I don't have anything negative to say about the store.”

“I had a tire that was going flat as I was travelling south on St. Hwy 6 in Sugar Land. The first tire store I saw was Firestone. I pulled in and was met immediately by Oscar. He was very friendly and immediately went outside to look at my truck. He showed me where a piece of metal was imbedded in the tread and I was told that it could not be patched. They had the same tire and size in stock and told me they would get right on it. In a short 30 minutes, I was back on the road with a new tire. I would recommend them to anyone in Sugar Land.”

“Outstanding leadership and customer service! This evening my wife and I bought our household items and decided on a pizza for dinner. The food court was relatively busy but quickly backed up as shoppers placed orders before closing. The two attendants were trying hard to keep up, but as often happens, they fall behind. They are human. I located a gentlemen who seemed to be in management, Donnie, and mentioned that the food court might could use some help. Not only did Donnie address the issue immediately, he did so with a great attitude. Within a minute, the food court had three additional employees. The clear and obvious leader of the team in that kitchen was Ms. Allison. She was hustling, knocking out orders with enthusiasm, and set the tone for the rest of them. This experience was highlighted even further with the fact that Donnie came back to check on his team and his customers not once, not twice, but THREE MORE TIMES before we left. That is leadership and teamwork at its very best. Thank you, Donnie & Allison. Fine job!”
