“A couple weeks ago ... my Son was on his way to work and blew a tire. He didn't have a spare and needed to get to work. So, he left it in a median and a friend gave him a ride to work. I told him I would take care of it. From Victoria, Texas, I called Mike Tate's and spoke to Tommy. He got me in contact with Ringo the Wrecker driver who did a great job ! By that afternoon my son had his car back and was doing well !

“I got a membership for $10, way less than I might spend on beer so I decided to see what the club offers. They have a range of benefits other than food in bulk. Hotels seem to be slightly cheaper through Sam's. They promote Just Energy for electricity which I found to be more expensive than Good Charlie, my current provider. I went inside this store for paper towels. It was nice. I also picked up 2lbs of hummus for about $5. The Sam's app you can scan and pay for everything through the app and walk out. I don't have anything negative to say about the store.”

William was great! Fast. Patched my tire from start to finish in about 10 minutes. Even had two nails in it. Discount tire wanted$500 for two new tires! Will be back for an oil change”

“Alexander helped me reset my tire pressure light which had been bothering me for a while now. I was told by the dealership that I'll need to replace TPMS sensors but really all that was needed was a quick reset. Alexander was very genuine and really gave my car his undivided attention. I've been a Discount Tire customer for over 15 years and i know it's for technicians like Alexander that I'll keep coming back if I have any issues.”
“I had a tire that was going flat as I was travelling south on St. Hwy 6 in Sugar Land. The first tire store I saw was Firestone. I pulled in and was met immediately by Oscar. He was very friendly and immediately went outside to look at my truck. He showed me where a piece of metal was imbedded in the tread and I was told that it could not be patched. They had the same tire and size in stock and told me they would get right on it. In a short 30 minutes, I was back on the road with a new tire. I would recommend them to anyone in Sugar Land.”
“Their price was double the price but I was quoted at Walmart but Walmart did not do the procedure because they said my oil housing cap was damaged. At this location, they did do it but again, doubled the price. I was the only car there and I expressed to them that I was in a little bit of a hurry to get back to the office but they took their time. I probably was there about about 50 minutes or so for oil change and inspection together.”
