I have lived by this gas station in this amazing neighborhood for about 30 years and have been coming here ever since.
The older white gentleman is socially awkward and rude.
The older asian lady with freckles also lacks similar social graces and was speaking in broken English about politics, loudly and in front of customers.
One of the older, shorter Indian men was just straight up racist to a friend of mine.
It was very embarrassing actually. I had company at my house, so I sent them over to this location not knowing the store just got robbed.
My friend (who is black) went there and was told the story of the robbery by the Indian worker. The employee then said in a joking tone "yeah it was one of your brothers that robbed us". My friend basically said that wasn't my "brother"/I have no idea what you're talking about and left. How is that a funny joke? Would it have been funny if it was one of his "brothers" that was in charge of what happened in NYC? Or one of his "brothers" that called my house this morning pretending to be a bill collector? I think the joke wouldn't have been funny then.
It really makes me understand why all three of these workers are employed at the gas station. I cant imagine someone lacking such social graces would be able to be employed anywhere BUT a gas station. They'd undoubtedly be laughed out of any job interview that was worth sticking around for because they'd stick their foot in their mouth before it ever begun.
Seriously, as a customer of 30 years, do better. Learn how to run a business/what drives customers away. Maybe then you'll stop losing business to the new chevron gas station and the 7/11 off HWY 99.

Sunday March 3rd at around 6:30-6:35 I was parking at this timewise to go inside but when I was parking I noticed an employee standing outside. He looked a little off so I parked a little further from him. I know he was an employee because he was in the timewise red polo uniform with a clear bag. I parked and he started walking to my car and tried my passenger door. When it didn’t work he came to my door and knocked twice. Very very creepy especially since I was alone and it was nighttime. So I backed my car up and he after a second he realized I back up and tried walking to my car again so I left the parking lot. I’m disappointed time wise deleted my review when I made it the day of because this is alarming and made me feel very unsafe. For them to brush one of their employees under the rug for very inappropriate behavior is a red flag. He was a white male with brown hair and on the bigger side. How bout don’t tell him to try to get into peoples cars?

It's an average gas station for the size. The bathrooms could be way better, especially for the area and given other competition. I wish their fountain drinks had more options.
