My clothes came out really clean and the delivery was great, but the customer service could use improvement, The girl who received my clothes had a bad attitude, was not very informative and didn’t seem keen on offering a good service.

I recently had a frustrating experience with Tide Dry Cleaners. I took my clothes in for their wash and fold service, and when I went to pick them up, I discovered that my items had been mixed up with another customer’s. It was clear that they combined our clothes to make it seem like they had processed the full quantity they were supposed to.
Despite my efforts to resolve this issue over the course of a month, the customer service was lacking and unhelpful. The location itself is clean and well-presented, but the quality of service does not justify the high fees they charge. I would not recommend Tide Dry Cleaners based on my experience. The mix-up and poor customer service overshadowed any positive aspects of the establishment.

I was in the market for a new cleaners. I decided to try this one. I went inside on a Friday morning…needing one Dress dry cleaned.
The lady never approached me at the front counter although she did address me. I told her that I was a new customer and she instructed me to fill out the form and take the yellow copy. I asked if they offered same day service if item was dropped off before 9am and she said yes. She said I would receive a text notification saying when it was ready. I informed her that I needed this dress that afternoon to attend a funeral on Saturday, the next day.
Needless to say, I did not receive a notification that my dress was ready for pickup until Tuesday!!
I will never use this cleaners again.
Just lost a new customer.

Ok here's the real deal. They need to open more locations. This cleaners is out of my way but they really are the best. Same day service too!
