It has taken 6 years for them to settle a case. The office staff is extremely rude and hangs up in people's face. I am aware that I am not a client, however, the case in question concerns me as I am an heir of the estate. 6 yrs is an abnormal amount of time to settle a case of this size. I believe there is such a thing as a code of ethics wherein certain things are to be settled in a timely manner. Appx. 2 yrs ago it was stated that this would be wrapped up within 6 months. That time frame has passed.
Still waiting. Causes one to wonder if this is intentionally being dragged out to drain whatever the estate is worth to line Ms. Dean's pockets as she has filed for yet another motion for continuance. I do find that strange considering the fact that, according to paperwork sent me by this office, the amount could have been paid out within two years according to every piece of literature I've read on the subject and other attorneys I've spoken with. The attorney fees are well over a third of what the estate is valued, according to Ms. Dean's correspondence. The only person being enriched is her.

I was looking for along time to find someone I trusted to set up a revocable living trust. Please let me highly recommend Julia Dean and her amazing team. Very friendly and professional law firm. My wife and I have used them for our wills, as well as probate of my father’s will. The staff is very kind and discuss every step in detail (which is GREATLY appreciated for someone like me, who knows very little legalese).
