One Star because Zero was not a Choice!!Negligence in providing timely and essential care is unacceptable and raises serious concerns about the standards of patient care.The Health and Human Services Commission needs to thoroughly investigate this facility.Every patient deserves to receive prompt and adequate attention, especially in moments of distress or urgent need.

My experience at the Cresent has greatly improved since Terrie Leonard has become the social worker. She is extremely efficient, helpful in addressing patient and family needs and very knowledgeable. I would also like to compliment Lindsey, the medication nurse, for her consistent follow thru and thoughtfulness. J.M.

PLEASE DONT USE THIS FACILITY!!!!! My uncle was here and ended up with huge bed sores because the staff did not turn him. If you love and care about your family member LOOK ELSEWHERE!!!!!!!!! Terri, we have not forgotten how unpleasant you were to work with

This is a very clean, well maintained facility that is filled with staff that are attentive to your loved one's needs. Everyone is extremely helpful, patient, and kind, not only to the patients but to the family members as well.

Headquarters need to make some much needed personnel changes in this place. We were lured in by how nice the interior is and promises of receiving quality care. They lied! There is no way these nurses are competent. My family member needed attention and was in pain and no one and I mean no one came in to see about them for nearly an hour. Then when the nurse finally came she was rude and walked out and didn't return for another hour. I do not get how such group of people could be so lazy. I could only wish for a job where my boss does nothing and I get paid for not doing my job. We come here to be helped during this troubling time. It's embarrassing to be treated like trash and I do not write reviews but this place deserves to be placed on the do not send a dog here list!

The Crescent is a beautiful place and having a Chapel made the decision of placing my mother in a facility much easier. It gave me so much peace. The Nursing Staff and CNA's have been great with mom's care. A very big thank you to Ms.Wilkins, the finance manager, she is approachable, attentive and veryeasy to talk to. I appreciate the time she tookt o listen to all my concerns and this made the transition so much easier.

Our mother has been at the Crescent since September of this year, Overall it has been a very pleasant experience. A special thanks to Mrs. Wilkins, the Finance Manager, who has made our mother transition from her home to the Crescent a very easy and seamless experience.
