I donate quite often at this location. From the moment I enter to the time I leave the staff has always been kind and very helpful. I donate platelets which is an hour+ ordeal. They are constantly checking on me asking if I need anything. I will definitely be back.

The Gulf Coast Regional Blood Center in Sugar Land is wonderful! As soon as you walk in the door, you are greeted by the friendly staff. The process is methodical and timely. The phlebotomists are kind and always making sure you are doing and feeling well. The facility is extra clean with ample snacks and drinks! I love donating at this facility!

The entire staff at the Sugarland facility are courteous and knowledgeable. Every time I come there for my phlebotomy it is a pleasant experience. They have helped keep me alive for the last 25 years. I am sincerely grateful.

Kayla and Martha were AWESOME AS ALWAYS!!! Anytime I can’t donate at our community drive, I boost up my iron and come to the center. It’s always great but this time, Martha made me feel extra loved - even when I couldn’t do the draw I wanted cuz my plasma was too low. What a comforting, friendly and helpful lady!!Love you guys!!!

Real friendly location. Was my first time giving blood. Everything was real orderly and clean. Had a very nice, attentive, adept technician by the name of Aneisia. Will definitely be going back.

Amazing customer service. Even though I no longer live near this center, I make the trip to this specific donation center because they take such care, attention, and personally connect with you, so you feel comfortable through the whole process

My experience was terrific from start to finish. The entire staff is friendly and professional, especially had outstanding care from my phlebotomist Martha. Cannot say enough good things about her and the staff here at GCBC.

First time donating blood and platelets in 10 years and by far the best experience I’ve had visiting a medical facility. The nurses at the sugarland location were so informative and nice to me. Answered all my questions and made sure I understood every aspect of what I was doing. They tested my blood, prepared my area for donation, then made sure I was comfortable and happy the entire time I was donating. Their skills and knowledge are unmatched. I want to personally thank all the staff at the sugarland location for their expertise

Never again will I go to this place. Lady was snappy from the beginning of the process. Then usually the person who does the draw different then the front desk but not today I was stuck with the same lady with attitude. She jammed the needle in my arm even after I told her I was a hard stick small veins. Horrible experience and I will never return.

It took 30 minutes before I was able to start with the screener. Even with an appointment.But Manjula is great. Friendly and knowledgeable.Martha R was my phlebotomist and she was so kind and professional. In the few minutes I was there I could tell she genuinely cared about my experience and her coworkers. She asked several times throughout my visit how her coworkers were doing or if they needed anything. Very professional and kind. I’ll be back. With fingers crossed the wait isn’t so long so I can do an automated donation.

Fantastic experience as always! This is by far my favorite donor center. The check in process was smooth, and they are always checking to make sure everything is going well along the way. Definitely recommend!

2nd time back and had an even better experience than the first! I had an appt and was seen within about 5 minutes upon arrival. ALL the ladies were wonderful. They made sure to explain everything before they did it, checked on me often during the procedure, offered me snacks and drinks and were just very delightful all around. A+

I have always been greeted with a warm smile (thanks Martha!) and treated well, even when I would come in without an appointment! I used to be nervous about giving blood, but they worked with my phobias and have always made it a pleasure to donate!
