The staff in this location (15830Southwest FWY 400, Sugar Land, Houston) lacks professionship. We visited the office to open a new account on January. Later, my wife found that there was a typo on her name. She called in and reported the error. The staff requested her to fill in a form for the correction. My wife told her that it was TD Ameritrade made the error. Our submitted paper application form was correct. Then, the staff said if that was the case, the correction form was not necessary. A few weeks later, when we tried to transfer money to the account, we found that the staff only corrected the name on the Account Name section. The name on the Owner Section remained incorrect. My wife reported the issue again. The staff promised her to fix it immediately and the account should be working on next day. However, the account was still not available and the typo remained. We made a phone call again and requested to talk to the supervisor. The supervisor was polite and promised to look into and pushed it. Now, we are waiting for the result. So far, it has taken more than two months and the account is still not available.
