Worst customer service , didn’t want to except my return even though I’ve return stuff multiple times,
I had my digital receipt, they told me they needed the actual paper one , and on the policy digital ones says it’s an option , the manager was talking in the back with the employee but didn’t come tell me , they said to go to a different target .
I’m guessing they didn’t want to accept my return since it affects their inventory or something.
Felt discriminated, and the employee was rude .

Was a typical, nice shopping experience until it came to checkout. My online receipt shows 05/20/2025 at 12:39. The line had built up a bit so a second register was opened, the lady working that register was scowling and abrupt with her words. As I finished paying, her printer had some issues. I told her it was okay and didn’t need a receipt.
I grabbed the two bags that I saw and went to get Starbucks before I left.
Once I got in my car, I realized I was missing one of the bags. I have done this before so I pulled up my online receipt, as I told her I didn’t need one because she had a line behind me as well.
When I went in to get my bag, I went up to her smiling, asking “Is there a bag I left by chance when I was checking out?”
She was very rude and immediately told me “Yeah you left before I finished bagging.”
As if she didn’t have plenty of time to mention that during the time I was watching her press and press and press and press the print receipt button. She was rude and condescending, without provocation as I was very nice and didn’t even try to make it seem like her fault in the first place.
Whoever was on register 2 at 12:40 does not need to be working with customers.

So, why are the fitting rooms closed at 7 pm if the store is open until 11 pm? I asked an employee if I could please use one and she said they cut her hours and that’s why the fitting rooms were closed. Another employee suggested I buy all the clothes in my cart, go home to try them on, and then return the ones that don’t fit. How inconvenient for customers. Please fix this immediately.

Employee felt the need to come up to before closing and asked if I was in the right section . I was in the jeans sections looking for specific jeans that fit me right . This lady had no right to look at me and say are you sure you’re in the right side . I UNDERSTAND the side I was looking at where larger than my size but I like the baggy look . No matter what time it is , mind your business and leave customers that don’t want to be bothered alone during the last minutes that your open . We don’t want to be there either it was last minute .
