I am so grateful for Tom and his help today. This was a random act of kindness that I rarely receive. It is unbelievable that someone could take so much time just to help another person in trouble. if you guys are salon owners, i beg you PLEASE DON'T BUY THESE CHAIRS!!!! the day after we bought them, all water hoses were broken. we've had them for 10 months (not even a full year) and two chairs are nearly broken. massagers don't work. chairs can't be moved forwards or backwards. upon contacting the company about fixing the problem, they tell us the parts are under warranty but the service to fix them IS NOT. vua spa would tell us to contact the factory. the factory would tell us to contact vua spa. the only solution we received were videos on how to fix it ourselves. DO NOT waste thousands of dollars on these chairs like we did. DO NOT waste your time at vua spa. all they have is bad products and even worse service! TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!!!!!!

Good customer service. I bought 13 GSPA chairs from T4Spa. Tung was my salesman. He is very responsible and reliable. I love the design and every detail of it. Before they get to 2 years, most of the chair covers worn off and 1 massage motor started making noise. I called them and they replaced the parts for me at no charge. Yet it took quite a long time for me to get the replacements due to this and that but I finally got them. I appreciate business that care about their reputation and service. To be honest, the chair cover's quality is not that great but the service and the design beat other competitors and worth the risk.

I ordered 2 times already for my 2 shops and love their products and good customer service. Modern designs chairs, easy to maintenance. Good massage chair. Parts are easy to order and replace. Affordable price with high quality. Will order more for my next shops.

I order a few manicurist tables, sink, reception desk, dry table.. The girl said I should receive all in 3wks- 1 month. One month later, she called and said the color in stead of dark wood now turns out to be white & in order for me to get the color that I want, I have to wait for another month, and then deliver. Well if the color aren't available u should call me right then, not when the stuff should have been deliver already!! I took the order anyway because of course I don't want to wait for another month. They promised the order will be shipped by the next week, two week later and I have not yet receive anything. Tried to call the deliver people they use and it seems like the people they used are just as horrible as they are!!!! Bad business!! Please consider especially if you are on a timing schedule.
