I used Sugar Land Premier Roofing in 2018 for a new roof. They did a great job! Recently, after hurricane Beryl, my roof sustained some minor damage. I called Sugar Land Premier Roofing again, and they fixed the damage expeditiously. I will continue to use Sugar Land Premier roofing for any of my roofing needs. They are extremely courteous and professional, and I highly recommend them.

I had a very good experience with this roofing company! I saw them on TV explaining what to look for and called them the same day! So glad I did and now my roof is great and better than ever!!! Thanking Carlos Sr and his son for great help and work!!!

It was a pleasure to meet Carlos, the son and Carlos, the dad. They were very personable and professional. I can truly say that Carlos, the son has the patience of Job, it was so wonderful. My husband is not tech savvy, therefore, it required some additional hand holding. The workers were here on time and the job was done with excellence. Both Carlos Jr and Sr were extremely helpful. Jonah was great at explaining the process and even painstakingly created a whole presentation. Sugarland Premier roofing was meticulous and made sure my roof was taken care of properly. Jonah and Carlos Sr. dropped by during the process. When I asked for extra care in certain places, such as re-sweeping for nails several times, there was no reservations and went straight for it. Only minor warning I would say is if you have an unfinished garage, there will be tons of wood chips. Overall, great job though.

Sugar Land Premier Roofing is a great place for fixing roofs quickly and properly. I had a few issues with my roof and they came. They were clean and efficient. I recommend them. I'm happy with my roof!

Wow, these guys have plain HORRIBLE business practices. Trying to charge me 2.5 times the standard cost for a roof? Ok, fine. Lots try that. But THIS guy came into my house, insisted that we call "previous satisfied customers" from a sheet he had to save $100. After inspection, he was SHOCKED we didn't call them, so he called them FOR us on speakerphone. Then he took forever to go through their overpriced roof packages. I joke you not, I asked him FIVE times to give me the best price and then get out of my house, and he wouldn't.
Like many bad roofers, I suspect they make huge profits on people who don't know better, and the poor insurance companies they are billing for these crazy expensive roofs. Talk to them on the porch, DO NOT LET THEM IN YOUR HOUSE.

I decided not to move forward with this company due to the customer service experience. I was asked three separate times if my husband would be there when they came to give us the roofing estimate. Finally, I asked why they specifically needed my HUSBAND to be there and they said that so they could discuss the pricing and the findings with him directly. I am a senior construction manager for an architecture firm, I quite literally make construction decisions for a living. I cannot speak to the quality of their work or craftsmanship but I prefer to work with companies who treat everyone like an equal.
A note for customer service: a more appropriate way to phrase this could be to ask if the person making decisions about the project would be present during the appointment so that they could effectively relay all of the findings to them. As someone in the construction industry, I can understand why they would want that person present. Just don’t make generalizations about people.
