I was greeted by friendly, smiling receptionists. My appointment was then confirmed. I was asked to take a seat in the spacious lobby. In about five minutes I was called. A nurse checked my weight, and temperature. We went to a examination room where my medications were reviewed and my BP taken. approximately five minutes later Dr. Hagarty entered the room. She spent about twenty minutes with me and keenly listened to my concerns. I left Sugar Lakes Family Practice feeling confident and with a health plan. Overall it was a very pleasant, comfortable experience.

I like my provider. But the last two times I have tried to schedule an appointment, there is no availability. Several weeks ago I had a 103 fever for three days when I called asking to please be seen, was told they didn’t have anything and there was nothing they could do. No alternatives given, no recommendations on what I should do, staff I spoke with didn’t seem to care. Today, called again and no availability for any provider.

I wanted to share my mixed experience at the clinic. The doctors were excellent and very kind, but unfortunately, the front desk staff, phone agents, and checkout personnel displayed a poor attitude and were unfriendly and over weight personnel.
Hope you can improve customer service and create a more welcoming atmosphere.

Everyone from front office staff, medical assistants, physician assistants and physicians are excellent. The staff are patient, caring and compassionate. I can’t write enough positive praise to describe this medical practice.

I am a patient of Dr. Pozzy for over 20 years. My husband and my daughter also go to him. We all are very happy under his care. He is a wonderful doctor. He is thorough in all aspects of diagnosis. His whole staff is wonderful!!

I’ve been going to Sugar Lakes family practice for 17 years and I couldn’t be more pleased. The staff, the doctors and nurses are all very attentive, follow up as always, thorough, and very compassionate. I would not go anywhere else.

Busy place because the doctors and staff there treat you well. Everyone is nice and the doctors take time with you and the nurses are sweet and the lab workers who draw your blood are so kind and fast.
