Both workers Latino men and African American woman they’re the slowest subway people I’ve ever encountered. They remind of the sloth from zootopia… Good taste not so fresh either!

Horrible service ordered for curbside said I was there is the in the parking lot in the app waited for 30 minutes in the car nothing came out had kids sleeping in the car so couldn’t leave ..if curbside is not an option please don’t advertise it…

This place saw me drive up at 9:00 last night and rushed to lock the door and turn out the lights a full hour before closing time. Tonight, I tried to go again. I walk in and they say " we don't have most of our items." I asked why and was told "we haven't gotten our shipments." If you're hungry, don't go here.

Worst ever Subway I visited in the whole world. The crew here can't even do billing correctly. They don't even know their own menu, can't do simple math to know how much to charge. The crew looks pathetic, absolute lack of professionalism..I wonder how the owner of this franchise hired this lousy crew.In the heart of Riverstone, it's sad to see such a terrible place.Stay away from this ghetto!

Worst service of my life. Asking for extra black olives was met with “no, not for him”There should be more than 7 thin olive slices on a foot long. Subway needs to step up. I’m legit thinking about going back with a sign on every day off for the next two years just to warn people. The employees were trash. The service was worse. Can I leave negative 5 stars?The olives weren’t the only issue by the way.If I’m paying for double meat. I don’t mention double till after I count the single meat layering.Why do I get less when I then request double.I want a refund… but I didn’t even get a receipt.

I'm not even sure one star is sufficient, went into this establishment with my crew of workers. The lady behind the counter had a nasty attitude. When I asked for more spinach she stated no mind you she out exactly 5 small pieces on the sandwich. I told the gentleman at the counter I'll pay for additional he said the owners stated this is all they allow. I asked for more pickles after she only put 4, she stated no. I will not return, this is unacceptable behavior for a restaurant!

This is the second time here, I left without ordering. It is inefficiently ran by teenagers. Extremely short staff, rude, extremely slow! This is outrageous! Grow up Subway and hire people who are at least willing to work.

First of all, I have no idea what time this establishment closes because the hours are nowhere to be seen on the door or windows but the doors were locked promptly after we walked out before 8 pm on Saturday. On 3/18/23, my 13 and 5 year olds walked in for carryout. There were 3 teenage boys working. The teen who began making my sandwich wore earbuds and apparently was listening to music because he kept asking questions that I had already answered. The other 2 teens were in the back loudly horse playing. When the "gentleman" who made the first sandwich asked how many I needed made, he asked the other teens to help make the remaining 2. The sandwhich toping area was noticeably and uncharacteristically messy and had not been restocked. The entire time, one of the teens continuously used profanity ("f*%#k") while talking to the other teens as he made the sandwich. They continued horse playing and laughing the entire time they made the sandwiches, so much that I finally commented. One of the teens apologized but the laughing and playing didn't stop completely. Their behavior was awful ... so much that I considered leaving and going to the location on Sweetwater but the girls were hungry and ready to eat. The boys were clearly eager to get rid of us and as I stated before, promptly locked the door behind us before 8 pm. We looked up the closing time on the website which stated 9 pm on Saturdays. We won't be back anytime soon. Not saying that the owners should get rid of these teens but they C L EA R L Y are not mature enough to work together.

WORST LOCATION EVER!!! Went to pick up my online order, the first thing I noticed from my car was the male employee vaping inside the store like are you kidding me ??? Went home and was eating the meatball marinara I ordered and all I could taste was veggies and marinara, opened the sandwich to find 1 meatball in the entire 6 inch sub, ridiculous. Looking at all the bad reviews doesn't seem like the management or owner care. Don't waste your money, go somewhere else.

Very bad customer care. I stopped by to get a sandwich at 6 pm. They didn’t have bread or lettuce, and said they stop preparing food. 3 hours before closing?! Why are yall even open then…And customer service was terrible.

Firstly, I know from personal experience exactly how demeaning working in the service/food industry can be, so I would never take my frustrations out on a service worker; however, I wanted to share my experience on here because it may be helpful for someone else. This location was out of all bread options except for whole grain. I quickly realized that they were also out of about 80% of their toppings including basic ingredients like turkey, ham, lettuce, spinach, tomato, cucumber, and many others. At this point I would usually leave to seek out other restaurants, but I was really short on time and had to make-do. I then overheard the customer checking out in front of me ask the cashier (who had both AirPods in their ears) if they offered a meal combo that includes a drink and chips. The cashier said they did not, despite a sign behind them explicitly listing their meal deal options (this is also partially the customers fault for not looking at the menu, but since the cashier had both AirPods in it seemed they didn't even hear the customers question). When I was checking out I felt a bit frustrated even paying for the sandwich since it was not what I wanted due to the options being so limited/nonexistent. Like I said I was so low on time, so it was either this sandwich or nothing, but I do not feel like I was justly paying for any actual quality or service. I also wanted to add that none of the staff was wearing hair nets & one of the employees did not even have their long hair tied back. I would really suggest that anyone seek out any other possible subway/food options before coming to this one.

The front of the store has the timings they will be open and I have gone twice now during open hours and the door has been locked. They lost a very valuable customer. I used to come here about 3 days a week but no more, if you plan on eating subway do not come to this location, a 1 star review is me being polite
