I had a wonderful experience at Sterling Physical Therapy & Wellness center. Everyone had a caring and positive attitude and were so encouraging in trying to make sure my health improved. The App is great and I will continue to do the exercises on my own. The key to great health is KEEPING IT MOVING! Thanks for the reminder Dr. Okeke and Mark. I believe with all my heart that my back is better because of the therapy I’ve received. Thanks for all you do.

I have had chronic, arthritic pain in my knees for many years and ultimately resorted to a knee replacement in December of 2022 on my most damaged one. I did my rehab and PT at Sterling Physical Therapy & Wellness and made extraordinary progress such that I was off a walker in a couple of weeks. What a Great Team!!However, I was still experiencing significant pain and discomfort in my "old" knee. Sterling PT suggested I try new laser treatments. What did I have to lose...I have been bone on bone for over 30 years. I decided to try it out. So glad I did!!The pain was diminished within hours of my treatments and has been progressively lessened after the 3 sessions. I will still require a few more sessions but thus far, it is amazing!!Thanks Team

The people were very professional. They greet you coming in and out. One time I was late for an appointment, I called them and let them know that I’m running late due to another appointment and I will just finish whatever time I have left on my appointment. Instead of just saying Yes, they pushed my appointment back so I can get my full session. Oh yeah, not only was the treatment excellent but the atmosphere is filled with joy. My PTA is Mark Navo, he is great!

This is my first visit and it was amazing. Dr. Okeke is top notch. During the evaluation he kept me informed about everything he was doing. I am here from the VA and I wish the VA had Doctors like Dr Okeke. To tell you the truth I wish the VA had more Doctors and staff like the ones here.

I had a GREAT experience with Sterling Physical Therapy. I injured my knee and needed help rehabing. Alain performed ultrasound (heat) therapy and wrapped my knee to help keep it stabalized. He set me up with a Home Exercise Program so I understood how to continue to stregthen my knee faster and in between my sessions with him in the clinic. The office staff Bianca and Karen have been very friendly and attentive. I highly recomend Sterling Physical Therapy for your rehab needs!

I recently had sessions at Sterling PT in Sugar Land due to my lumbar problem. My experience with Alain Tran, licensed Physical Therapist, is amazing and fantastic. Alain is knowledgeable, professional and dedicated to his career. During each session he taught me the movements clearly step by step, encouraged and motivated me to do my best. He gave me instructions of how to practice correctly at home. Alain is also caring, funny, diligent, so that I enjoyed all the time with him. I feel much better after all these sessions are completed. Thank you Alain for your great help during my healing journey! You are the best, and I will miss you!!!Further more, all the stuff of Sterling PT are very nice and friendly. I love the place!

I received the most amazing massage this morning by their Licensed Massage Therapist, Brandon Harris. I’ve had a lot of neck and back pain/stress from holding my daughter, and he really worked out the kinks. Explaining does not do justice, you seriously should book an appointment.. you won’t regret it. Looking forward to coming back again in the future.

Sterling Physical Therapy is by far the go to place if you are in need of PT. I have had back issues for a number of years, and started an 8 week PT course at their Sugar Land location in March to help alleviate sciatica pain due to herniated and bulging discs in my back.During my first visit, I met with Dr. Carter who conducted a thorough exam and walked me through what my sessions would consist of.The level of service and care I received during all my sessions completely exceeded expectations. Alain T. was my primary therapist and went above and beyond in every session helping me and teaching me the necessary exercises to strengthen my back and core muscles and in drastically reducing the sciatica pain. He and the entire staff always had positive energy and were very attentive and caring to my needs. By the end of the 8 weeks of therapy, I was feeling much better and back to being able to do my normal activities such as running, working out, and playing tennis.I would highly recommend Sterling PT!

I have been a client at Sterling Physical Therapy since 2015 off and on and is a client as of today. I Highly recommend Sterling Physical Therapy for any physical therapy needs you may. Sterling Physical Therapy Sugarland has an excellent staff. Starting with Dr. Carter who is the CEO, Kelly, Bianca, Karen, Dominique who went from patient care coordinator to therapist all greets you from entering the door until you leave. They are very understanding and willing to help when there is a need to change your appointment for any reason. All of the therapist and their assistants are Marvelous Dr Alain, Mark, Valencia to name a few. You can’t go wrong making an appointment with Sterling Physical Therapy Sugarland. All the staff I have had interactions with have been very friendly, caring, helpful and very knowledgeable. I never feel like they are hurrying to be finished with me. They are considerate of my needs and how I'm feeling. I plan to use them for all my PT needs and would highly recommend them to anyone.

The place is fantastic. I have been through a few rehab facilities while in the Army and out.This is the best by far. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and relentless. Mark, Gina, Valencia, and the others will put you through good solid rehab program. So if you want to get yourself back to where you were before you needed rehab, Dr Carter and his staff will get you there.I strongly suggest you consider Sterling Physical Therapy if you’re in need of rehab therapy.Chuck McMahon
