Jamal was amazing! Very knowledgeable and efficient. I've been purchasing vehicles for over 20yrs and he has been by far the best sales representative I have ever worked with and I look forward to Buying from him again!

Never again. The finance dept was the worst I have experienced buying a vehicle. Zero transparency. If you really want an Acura(which I don't recommend anymore) go to another dealership. Or if you insist on these crooks really take a deep dive into your contract because their own people can't see "options" added on in their system but I PAID FOR. I didn't even realize how much I was swindled until I went to an actual "luxury" brand that explained my BS Sterling Mc Call contract top to bottom and highlighted out all their scams. 0/10 I wish I could rate them a 0

Mike Tran was a 10/10 - Great customer service. Very personable and professional. Mike even took the time to allow me to drive the vehicle and explain all the features!! Absolutely enjoyed the experience. Thanks again Mike, you were great. Had a wonderful experience finding a vehicle for getting around with ease and good mileage yet safe and quiet luxurious drive. I am happy with my 2024 Acura MDX purchase and would recommend to anyone who is seeking a new vehicle to see Mike @ Acura Sugar Land. Can't wait to do it again in a few years!

We received rapid responses from Felicia and her team we are glad to have made the drive from Austin TX to get our purchase.Felicia was very kind, wasn’t pushy and was very informative.Moe was also very friendly and even gave us information about the suburbs of Houston and how they have grow so big.If my mom were to need another car I’d gladly take her back ! It was well worth the drive.

This place sells EV cars and has 2 brand new ChargePoint EV fast chargers. Sounds great, but… when you try to use the chargers, you’ll see dealership cars parked in the front and blocking them. I saw that many times coming at different days.I came in and politely asked if I could use one of the chargers. The sales guy lied to me that the cars blocking them are customers cars. I went out and checked, all of them had dealer tags. I went back and he said he had no time to move the cars. Then manager came and said these chargers are not for public.I guess dealer is worried that their customers would come and charge their vehicles for free.Beware that Acura is trying to save every penny on their customers! They have nice new charging stations, makes no sense why they don’t let people use them!Update: I visited this place again after the reply from management. One of two spots in front of the charging stations was open, the other one still blocked by a car that wasn’t charging.Anyway good progress and happy that the dealership responded to customer’s concerns. Changing the rating to 4-star

Not impressed by the Customer Service at this location. I arrived looking for a MDX Type S, preferably with red interior. My mother was with me and we tried opening several cars on the lot to look at the interior. It was a Saturday afternoon and all doors were locked. I assumed this was to encourage you to enter the building and engage with a team member. With that in mind, we entered the building and looked at the MDX’s that were unlocked on the floor. No one greeted us when we entered. Cool, no hassle sales, right? We discussed the vehicle, opened doors, asked each other questions, etc. We crossed the sales floor, from one end to the other, to view the other model. Still, no greeting, no recognition, no offer of help or information. Did I mention the lobby area was basically empty with the exception of a receptionist, sales person (sitting in the customer area on his phone) and what I assumed were three customers in one party? There seemed to be no salespeople and no one interested in providing customer service or any help. But here’s the thing, I didn’t intend on buying today, but I have the ability to do so. They had the exact vehicle I wanted on the salesfloor. Great customer service and sales skills could have possibly swayed me. But no one was interested in helping me. I have no idea why. Was it racism, misogyny, or did they assume I couldn’t afford it? Who knows? Unfortunately, this dealership is the closest Acura to me, less than 10 minutes away. But I will drive 45 minutes to the next closest dealership AND make sure they are not part of this auto group. That is how offended I was by this location and their lack of service.

I recently purchased a brand new vehicle from Sterling McCall Acura Sugar Land and unfortunately, my experience as a new and paying customer has left me quite dissatisfied. It is disheartening that I, as a customer, had to put gas in a brand new vehicle that I purchased on a Thursday, with the salesman assuring me that it would be filled on the following Monday. The promise made was not upheld, and I believe this lack of follow-through reflects a lapse in customer service that should not be present, especially for a new and paying customer. The commitment to delivering a positive and thorough experience, particularly for a luxury purchase, was unfortunately not met.My disappointment is further compounded by the fact that the interior of the car, which had previously been a loaner, was not appropriately cleaned or sterilized. As a customer, I expected a higher standard of cleanliness for a vehicle labeled as "new."I am writing this review not to disparage individuals but to bring attention to the need for improvement in the customer experience at Sterling McCall Acura Sugar Land. I believe that every customer, regardless of their background, deserves the same level of service and attention. It is disheartening to think that this experience may be different for others based on factors beyond their control. In light of this, I am seeking reimbursement for the gas I had to purchase for a brand new vehicle and, as a gesture of goodwill, a minimum of three gas fill-ups either directly or in the form of a gift card. My intention is not to create unnecessary tension but to emphasize the importance of equal treatment for all customers, regardless of their background.I sincerely hope that Sterling McCall Acura Sugar Land takes this feedback seriously and uses it as an opportunity to improve the overall customer experience.

The worst place to visit for service on your Acura. They don’t know what they are doing and treat customers like garbage. Especially the service director. Eric Clifton

This review has been on going since September 2023 when I took my car in for an oil change. Therefore the current or previous tech at acura had stripped my drain plug which we were provided a loaner vehicle while the repairs were done. We were told they had to order a new oil pan and replace it which were fine with. So we got the car back around a week later in the beginning of October 2023. Was told they fixed the issue an replaced the oil pan we got home.on the way home the check engine light came on. I pulled the code an it was for exhaust leak so I cleared the code. After 2 days noticed oil on my drive way under the car. Drove it up on ramps an oil is everywhere. Took it to the dealer they said the oil pump seal is leaking an rear main seal is leaking which we have never had that issue prior to them repairing the oil pan. As well check engine light kept coming on an off for exhaust leak. Also asked for the paperwork to show that all the previous work they did was noted. Which was promised when Eric Clifton had the time to pull it up. Later Eric Cliftin sent a quote to me for repairs, but no invoice showing the repairs as stated. I chose to not have them service my vehicle an did them myself as I was a mechanic for many years. Got home an got the car up started looking around noticed they had striped the top exhaust bolt when removing the oil pan also they had forgotten to replace the crankshaft sensor cover which I took photos of every thing to document. After lifting the motor an removing the the exhaust I was able to get the pan off which showed that they did not replace the pan as stated they ended up adding a helicopter instead. So that explains why they wouldn't provide me with an invoice stating previous work done. So went an looked at the paper work again an realized they used 0w20 full synthetic oil which is not the proper oil. Also shows they filled 6 quarts which acura tl 5w20 an 4.5 quarts which could be a reason the oil pump seal an rear main seal began leaking. So fast forward after removing the pan there was excessive amounts of Honda bond in side the pan on the oil dip stick, an even in the oil pump pick up tube screen. Went ahead replaced water pump an timing chain again since I had to replace the oil pump seal behind there. Got everything back together took it back to acura spoke with Eric Clifton about the issues he then admitted they did not replace th oil pan. RED FLAG THERE. Also pointed out the exhaust bolt, missing cover, exhaust leak. So waited for them to order the part and an replace. So we are now into November 2023 an still trying to resolve issues from September. While out of town working my wife took the car in for then to fix their issues from before. Ended up back in town an looked underneath the car again to discover they replaced the exhaust bolt an missing cover but now they didn't reconnect the exhaust hanger to support the exhaust. Figured it can wait till next oil change today. Went In an spoke to my service advisor Andy Garcia.about the issues as he had been with me since day 1 of this crap show. By the way he great example of professionalism an always going above an beyond my expectations, he is the only reason why I continue to due business with Acura of Sugarland. So I was informed that Eric would get the exhaust hanger fixed but no oil change today I let Andy know I would schedule for tomorrow Saturday February 17 2024. I have Un covered who is trustworthy an who is not. It is a shame. I have avoided righting this review in hopes things being fixed not only with my vehicle but with me an the time I have been forced to waste due to there poor management an minor mistakes by multiple service technicians at Acura. You are treated as invoice only here by most I have encountered. Andy Garcia is the only exception. Keep up the excellent work Andy. Wish me luck on hopefully the last day tomorrow for an on going issue created by Acura in September of 2023 . I would love to hear back with any concerns or even an apology for this 5 month inconvenience from management.
