Spec's Sugar Creek is a small Spec's that has lots of great items along with great people. The parking here is store front parking or lots available in the large parking lot. When the enter the store the check out counter is located at the right side with all the alcohol items located everywhere else. The service here is welcoming and helpful. A small location with a big personality.

Good selection of sprits at good prices. However, if you are looking for a special Soju or Sake, you won't find it at this location

So I see the advertised price for Jim Beam is lower than the store price. Go up to counter and show the manager the price from the Specs website. Tells me that not all stores have the same price (not true) as the website. Paid and will never be back. Total wine honors all advertised and in store prices not to mention much better selection. They will get my business.

Worst Specs I've ever been to. This bad review is based solely on the customer service that I have constantly received from this specific location. The elderly lady that works at the register is beyond rude. The moment you walk in you are greeted with an attitude that really makes you want to walk right back out of the door, doesn't help that you get constant misguided stares as if you have wronged this employee. I understand people have bad days but she is like this every time I visit this location which sucks.

I thought that due to the size of the store and chain that they are, it would be cheaper than a small liquor store...I was so wrong it's over 10% more expensive

Came in with a family member to buy triple sec and the checker Andrea was very rude and unprofessional asking ids before we could fill out all our items up on counter. I have no problem giving an idea we’re all 30& up. Tell your staff to be nice and can get possible more sales. Because i wante to know bout a bundle deal but she was so rude we didn’t want to spend more money
