  Don't do business with them you get disconnect for 8 days due date. On the due date the payment system never works.

  Auto Payment and Late Penalty posted on same day (for two months)Contacting company online through web form did not resolve.Contacting company by phone led to escalation to accounting for review. Resolution pending.

  I was so satisfied with Source, that I continued to renew with them. Alas, I have just been informed by them that they are being acquired by Cirro Energy, which has pretty disappointing ratings. Since my current contract is up for renewal next month, I guess it's time to start looking at competing rates, terms, and reputations.
